The food is worthy of a gourmet restaurant, served in a friendly atmosphere where the servers welcome you with a smile and genuine warmth. If you enjoy French cuisine with refined flavors and fresh ingredients, then I highly recommend this restaurant. Dishes are around €28, which is reasonable for the quality of the food and the generous portions. We ordered the sea bream, lamb shank, and prawns: delicious! This restaurant deserves the very best! Bravo to the entire team at Chez Gaston!

Attention: OPEN every evening from Monday to Sunday inclusive, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM in July and August!!! Pure bliss, bordering on divine. Thank you! Small street, small restaurant, but an immense pleasure with every visit! The team is exceptional and the place is warm and welcoming, which enhances the experience tenfold. Even the music is well-chosen. Discovered by chance in 2018 or 2019, we've been making the 50-minute drive regularly ever since, salivating at the prospect. The delight on the plate is real: bone marrow, lamb shank, sweetbreads, roasted shrimp... the vegetables are simply amazing... cooking, taste, quality, everything is precise and perfect. Only one "flaw": ordering dessert is a feat reserved for the hungriest! One small detail: open only in the evenings in July and August. A truly pure delight. Thank you so much and see you very soon, as our reservation is already confirmed. Go without hesitation, but please save us a table for two.

The service is good, the food is prepared quickly. The octopus salad is very tasty... we also ordered snails, lamb, and fish. The portions are very large. The complimentary sausage was included. I'll add that at the end we ordered the Profiterole dessert. A portion is enough for two. Very tasty... I recommend it.

The food was very well prepared, and the service was highly professional in the heart of Saint-Raphaël. The only downside was the price! A bit too high for my taste.

The restaurant's decor is unusual and pleasant. The food is good, but the prices are excessive. There's also a rather limited selection, as not everyone is a fan of bone marrow, andouillette sausage, or kidneys. The wine list is extensive but also quite expensive. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant time.
