While passing through Saint-Flour, we discovered this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Neat and refined cuisine. Beautiful presentation of plates, and most important, good quality of products and original recipes which seduced our taste buds.

Excellent dish and Auvergne cheeses.
Disappointed with the entrance. The mushrooms were a little bathed in their juice and didn't really have any taste. Their texture was that of canned mushrooms. I was expecting a pan of fresh mushrooms. The cured ham was, for me, more of a cured ham than a cured ham. Impeccable service. Excellent wine.
