Excellent location, punctual and kind service, very quick. Simple but tasty dishes, we tried some well-known classics and we were not disappointed, on the contrary: the dishes were well prepared. A bit of a touristy environment but the whole historic center is like that.

Absolutely fantastic meal, I cannot stress enough how tasty everything we ordered was. I tried the camembert to start which simply melted in the mouth, and same goes for the duck thigh. The snails were delicious too, and service was wonderful. Incredible food that makes the restaurant deserve to be packed every night!!

Nice restaurant for lunch with a small menu at affordable prices. Certainly, it's not great gastronomy, at least for the lunch menu (and I haven't tried it in the evening) but it's still decent and good value for money. One more point for the friendliness and professionalism of the server.

Located in the heart of the center of Tours, this restaurant offers classic dishes of the region's cuisine.
Apart from the location, the dishes do not stand out for their refinement or taste, apart from the noteworthy snails bourguignonne.

Excellent meal accompanied by extremely friendly service. The fried food is delicious and plentiful, the marrow bone toast is superb. The Touraine salad is well garnished (special mention for the good idea of putting the Ste-Maure slices in brick sheets), the Chinon coq au vin excellent. And for dessert, a pear poached with Chinon: light and refined. All accompanied by good Touraine wine. I recommend!

We ate at this restaurant on Saturday evening. There is no children's menu but we were offered a hamburger steak for our 6 year old son. My companion had a dish based on sweetbreads and kidney called Beuchelle Tourangenne and he enjoyed it, it’s an original mixture. I had the chicken with Tourangenne sauce (cream and mushrooms) but I didn't really have any mushrooms on the plate. The dish was good all the same. The toilets were out of service and we had to go to the restaurant next door without difficulty. The menu is attractive and the servers friendly.
