The pizzas are excellent! The dough is very thin and well cooked. The filling is plentiful and of good quality. The tiramisu with speculoos is very good. The Lambrusco is absolutely fine. I recommend this restaurant if you want to eat good Italian food (there is also excellent pasta).

The +: - Pizzas and desserts are good - There are vegetarian pizzas and when there is pork it is indicated - A children's menu is available - Possibility of taking away - The restaurant takes restaurant and lunch vouchers - Fast service - PMR WC THE -: - It can be complicated to park because there is no single street and a residential area - Seating on the table reserved late (reservation requested at 8:30 p.m. then confirmed by the restaurant by a second call) - Reception that leaves something to be desired - Complicated service (the waiter had difficulty following a colleague, much more experienced, who had to help him), the cocktail menu was not known and was not given to us in the first place, because it had been forgotten - No suggestion of parmesan with the pasta - The supplements (including the cream base) a little expensive - Stock problem on a Friday (No more white wine according to the waiter)

The restaurant is uncluttered and clean, even sitting on chairs is pleasant. I was greeted by a charming and smiling man! I ate the pizza of the day, a scarmoza (it's a cheese that I particularly like), the pizza is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, you can feel it! The dough is thin (so perfect). I also had a cocktail, the Koyo, it was cold and good! It's my first time at "Chez Giovanni" and certainly not the last.

For more than 5 years we have been meeting at Giovanni's. The dough for these pizzas is excellent. In my opinion, this is the best pizzeria in the area!

Excellent, impeccable service a real treat

Une des meilleurs pizza à la pâte fine et cuites au bois sur l'agglomération de Pau. Savoir faire italianne et ingredients de qualité. Bravo Don Giovanni…! Nous y passons souvent en famille. Les serveurs sont très sympathiques et attentifs. Toujours de pizzas croustillantes et de bonne qualité que feront plaisir à toute la famille ! Une belle journée à tous !

Une pizza exceptionnelle. Première fois que je mange une comme ça en France . Obligation de venir goûter cette cuisine sur Pau. Et le dessert les profiteroles : du grand art avec du chocolat chaud digne de ce nom. . Bravo

Meilleures pizzas goûtées depuis longtemps et en plus à emporter ! Je reviendrai les goûter sur place c’est certain 😋
