We went back to eat at Giovanni Trattoria and had a wonderful time!
We were very happy and pleasantly surprised; the food is exactly the same as before!
Among other things, the Caesar pizza is still as delicious as ever!!
Same recipe as before.
The new owners are very welcoming and exceptionally kind!!

A very warm welcome, a lovely setting, and delicious food. The Parma ham is excellent, the pizzas are generous and flavorful, and the wine is very good, not to mention the very friendly service.

For those who know the restaurant, it's just changed hands, but nothing has changed. I found the pizza tasted exactly the same, so that's a huge plus. Still as good as ever, and the service was impeccable.

From our home in Brittany, on our way to Pau, we pizza lovers were strongly advised not to leave Pau without trying Giovani's pizzas. We did, and we certainly weren't disappointed. Excellent thin-crust pizzas, very generously topped. The service was warm and friendly. I'd like to thank Fabio, the pizza chef, and the entire team who welcomed us. We'll definitely be back.
