I don't know if I'm shocked there are any gluten free bakeries, or shocked there aren't more. But I was very happy to find Chez Gregoire where I could eat everything. I had 3 things, and my friend had one which he also enjoyed. Just beautiful. And lovely people. Be advised, there's no public bathroom. And it's a very small place, mostly for takeout.

22/09/2024: Excellent table, limited menu of perfectly executed dishes, careful presentation. A very good mastery from starter to dessert, the recipes are spiced up with aromatics in just the right quantity, very tasty, very fresh. A cuisine with an obvious personality, which is a pleasure to taste. The 3-course menu is superb in its quality/price ratio. Very nice wine list, selective and a bit too expensive for some bottles, but we were well advised and the Burgundy was really delicious. The setting is cozy, warm, elegantly decorated. Friendly and impeccable service. A restaurant often recommended, and it is completely deserved.
