Extremely surprised by the sweet and salty mixture and the explosion of flavor in the mouth. Superb presentation, everything was good with generous portions. I advise everyone to visit this restaurant "chez Jules" on Saint-Laurent Island. You will not be disappointed. I strongly advise you to go eat at this restaurant and invite as many friends as possible. Congratulations to the chef and his entire team. We will come back very soon with lots of people.

We enjoyed 2 starter/main course/dessert menus (snails and foie gras for starter, chicken with morels for main course, nougat for dessert) and 2 children's menus.
Everything was very good, note the equally delicious children's menus which are not simple minced steak or nuggets like you can find elsewhere...

Great restaurant for a great time with family to celebrate birthdays. Staff attentive, discreet, fast and smiling. Excellent menus at €33. Beautiful presentation. There's work on the plate. Very good balance of flavors. We had a blast.
Perfect value for money.
I recommend a thousand times if you are passing through Chalon sur Saône

Passing through Chalon we treated our taste buds to marbled foie gras, larded cod fillets and frozen nougat.
Very professional service with good advice on wines.
Small aside how can we put such opinions on this restaurant as to the effect that they are racist.

Pas déçue par le repas à 33 euros, entrée marbré de foie gras, poulet de Bresse en sauce et sablé ganache de chocolat, tout était bon. Un petit bémol pour l'apéritif maison a 8 euros proposé oralement alors que la coupe était petite ! Sinon tout était parfait.
