Interesting menu but disappointing "Bresse chicken". Noisy atmosphere. Service needs to be reviewed: when customers asked, the response: "it's written" is not at all appropriate. As for the coffee service, "putting cups of coffee on a tray on the table and everyone having to take their own cup", is surprising: we were in a restaurant and not in a self-service restaurant...

Good food on a menu as tiny as the portions. Considering the price, 23 euros per dish, devoured in 5 minutes. I ordered something from the menu, though. Refuses restaurant vouchers. A rather pretentious establishment.

27/09/2024: Informal, homely atmosphere. Food great. We ate a mix of menus. Nobody makes a fuss about it. Even if we had any doubts about the wine, we were able to taste two types. Customized hospitality.

Le Majorelle

27/12/2025: Passing through Chalon-sur-Saône, we discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend's recommendation. We had come for just a drink, but thanks to Carl's exceptional welcome, we ended up spending the whole evening there! We enjoyed the famous homemade Burgundy snails, as well as the gratin bourguignon and tagliatelle with morels... everything was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, very professional, and warm. An exceptional experience we won't forget!
18/12/2025: Absolutely love it! A super welcoming bar with an amazing atmosphere. The staff is truly fantastic, incredibly friendly and attentive. You'll always have a great time, it's impossible to be disappointed!
