A truly wonderful discovery!
Each dish is a feast for the eyes, and especially for the taste buds! Perfectly balanced flavors, exquisite finesse, and a real mastery of the craft. Bravo to the Bistrot!

An address that delights both the eyes and the palate! Each dish is presented with true aesthetic flair, almost like a work of art in its own right: the colors, the textures, the arrangement on the plate—everything is designed to surprise even before the first bite. As for the flavors, they don't disappoint: they are a true delight, living up to the presentation. The service is quick and efficient, without ever feeling rushed. A wonderful discovery.

A place we love to discover. A fairly small dining room, minimalist decor, and a very warm welcome. The menu is complemented by a daily special. Very reasonable prices for the remarkable presentation of the dishes and the high quality of the food. A lovely wine list that doesn't break the bank.

We've been traveling through Burgundy for a few days now and have been consistently well-fed. We stumbled upon Le Bistrot by chance and were pleasantly surprised by far more than just excellent cuisine. The lunch menu was a culinary and creative revelation.

On our way from Luxembourg to Lyon, we stopped for the first time in Chalon-sur-Saône. The Bistrot offered us refined cuisine and discreet yet attentive service. The presentation and quality of the dishes, along with an enticing wine list, make this restaurant a must-visit.
