Very kind and professional staff. We had starters to share and a rib of beef for two.....I really liked the trout as a starter and the baba au rhum for dessert. I was a little disappointed with the meat but the rum baba is one of the best I've eaten so far!!

Service, ambiance et plats exceptionnels. Un bel hommage et honneur à la cuisine basque, bravo au chef ! Une équipe tout simplement très sympathique, avec une légère pointe d’humour : au top. Un grand merci à Nico pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ! Une des meilleures tables de Saint Jean de Luz ! A très vite.

Brasserie Le Madison - FERMÉ

31/03/2024: We had a delightful stay at the Madison. If the setting, the services and the spa make the hotel a pleasant place, it is the team that transforms these few moments into memorable moments. A huge thank you to Florence, Julien, Maylis for their availability, their listening and their kindness.
29/03/2024: They didn't have Spanish television channels in the room, that's why I gave it 3 stars. And we had to charge them the tourist tax of €6 in the Basque country!
