One of the only businesses open on a Tuesday in Chaource! Good address! At lunchtime only the daily menus are offered. While passing through this charming village, we had lunch at Philippe's, the setting is charming, on Philippe's advice we tasted the ravioli stuffed with white truffle cream and it was a treat for the taste buds accompanied by a Tonnerre wine! Nous y avons mangé a midi avec mon mari c'était trop bon 😋. On a eu un service rapide le kir était bon et l andouillette une tuerie 😁😁. La personne qui est derrière le bar était très agréable avec son accent du sud et la personne de la cuisine très professionnel. Je recommande et des que je repasse dans le coin j'y retourne sans hésiter.
