Absolutely top-notch! 👍 Everything is excellent: pizzas, burgers, mussels and fries... Always prepared with care, using fresh, high-quality ingredients, at reasonable prices, and this has been the case for several years! Nothing has changed. A truly exceptional restaurant that deserves far more than 5 stars! Certainly one of the best in the region, if not beyond!

An €18 set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert featuring original flavors and homemade products; and a magnificent platter with Chaource cheese, potatoes, charcuterie, and salad for our two foodies. Make the detour if you're looking for a good meal and want to try the local Chaource cheese. The owner and the waitress are very welcoming.

While on holiday in Chaource, we had dinner at this restaurant. A fantastic find: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and excellent cooking. Special mention for the dessert: Dame Blanche with Chantilly cream and Carambar sauce! The service was top-notch. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again! Remember to book ahead.
