Very nice restaurant, the waitresses are very pleasant.

We ate at the restaurant only. A warm welcome that makes you want to return. Delicious regional dishes paired with wines that perfectly complemented the cuisine. Thank you to the head waiter and the kitchen staff for this delightful experience.

The meal was delicious, the food was cooked perfectly. I was just disappointed with the cheese course: the salad and cheese portions were different, so it wasn't the same for everyone.

We were lucky enough to celebrate Valentine's Day at this establishment in Chaource, and it was a truly wonderful experience. A huge thank you to the Enfer family, especially Christelle Enfer and Inesia, for their incredibly warm welcome and kindness. The Valentine's Day dinner was bistro-style and absolutely delicious, with beautifully presented dishes bursting with flavor. The room was very comfortable, with a magnificent view. The terrace in the morning is incredible, and the breakfast was perfect for starting the day off right. We left delighted and sincerely thank this establishment for such a wonderful time.

During a stay for a great evening, the hotel was comfortable and quiet, with a very good meal and excellent service.

My wife and I spent one night there. It was perfect. We had the €38 set menu at the restaurant and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.
