I love this place, the change in decoration of the rooms, just magnificent (well done to you). And then the restaurant, a meal that deserves many stars. Always a warm welcome from entry to exit. I highly recommend it. Anne

4 times I went to Cadusia during professional stays in the Chaourçois sector and it was a real pleasure to stay there: the first 3 times in their apartment in the basement, which so well has a funny access (via their garage with all kinds of stored belongings), it is quiet, spacious and ideal for working. Really calming and relaxing...what we look for when we've spent the day outside and we're tired. The fourth and final stay, in a room, was also very pleasant: spacious room with a view of the meadow and the village of Chaource. The breakfasts are generous, there is everything! And the dinners at the restaurant were also tasty and plentiful. The staff met, kind and attentive. The only negative remark (this is why I don't give 5 stars for the service: the boss! Each time I had him at the restaurant reception it was a dry, even contemptuous attitude. During from the last stay, when I arrived at the hotel, Mr. was at reception chatting with someone, I said hello and he didn't even answer me. I waited 5 minutes in front of the counter and he didn't even didn't take the trouble to at least say "I'll be with you in a few minutes", which I would have understood perfectly and I would have waited! No, he continued to chat with his interlocutor behind me. After a few minutes I I had to go into the restaurant to see if someone could welcome me, in this case his daughter, who, unlike her father, left her interlocutor for a moment to welcome me. Thank you Monsieur Enfert for your kindness"!

The room was pleasant but the insulation was defective in the windows.

Hôtel excellent, services et chambre qualitatif. Gros + le maitre d'hôtel qui travaillait à Besançon avant est vraiment au top. Encore merci à l'année prochaine avec plaisir.

Au besoin j'y repasserai... Gérant sympa et accueillant...
