Chez Septime sur Dijon

The meal was very good and the service perfect. The only downside was that it was far too noisy; we couldn't hear ourselves speak, even though there were two of us, which was very unpleasant. We were in the small room, which may have been poorly soundproofed. There was music playing, and two tables next to us were very noisy and inconsiderate. We cut our evening short, and the table of two next to us did the same. I think it's a shame the staff didn't try to quiet them down...when people repeatedly shout "Happy Birthday" at the top of their lungs, it's really unpleasant and doesn't give a good impression of your restaurant.

We were very well received by Anthony, who took great care of us. Everything was excellent; I highly recommend it.

I've been coming here for several years and I really love the place and the food. It's good value for money and the welcome has always been friendly and warm. I highly recommend it ☺️

A must-try in Dijon ✨ "Chez Septime" is a delightful restaurant with a distinctly 80s vibe that adds a truly original touch. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, a far cry from overly formal settings—you immediately feel at ease. The menu is very appealing and enticing, the dishes are generous and delicious: a real treat 😋 Special mention goes to the staff, who are incredibly kind and remarkably flexible regarding allergens (gluten, lactose). This is truly appreciated and reassuring. The only slight drawback is the somewhat "hidden" location, which deserves to be more visible. In a busier area, the restaurant would undoubtedly be even more popular. In short, everything is there for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend it 👍✨

Great atmosphere in a good Dijon restaurant. The menu is varied, the portions generous, I'll definitely go back.

If I may offer a suggestion, try the eggs meurette with morels. Absolutely divine. 😜
