Six of us dined here on 5th September and were very impressed. The food was exemplary and showcased everything that french cuisine is renowned for especially concentrated flavours and sauces. Being a Saturday night the restaurant was busy and the service was a little stretched but the staff were friendly and delightful. It was also very good value. We were offered a table in the upstairs room which was intimate and quiet. I'm happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Dijon.

We had a wonderful evening at La Fine Heure. The service was friendly and attentive, the meal excellent, and the wine list very comprehensive, with superb Burgundy wines and specialties from other regions. The restaurant is decorated in a simple and welcoming style. We will gladly return.

08/09/2026: A very pleasant setting and expertly prepared cuisine! I took advantage of the season to try the porcini mushrooms with the chicken gratin. It was delicious: a smooth sauce, perfectly cooked chicken, a real treat from start to finish. The daily special tart that followed was equally excellent. I highly recommend this establishment!

17/09/2026: Everything is delicious at this restaurant, from appetizer to dessert—a true feast for the taste buds. We savored a generous morel mushroom tart, followed by squab, and finished with a chocolate fondant. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
10/09/2026: A warm welcome tonight from the owner. We had duck which was cooked to perfection. All courses were excellent. The wine was served at the correct temperature. Not to be missed.
