We had a wonderful evening at La Fine Heure. The service was friendly and attentive, the meal excellent, and the wine list very comprehensive, with superb Burgundy wines and specialties from other regions. The restaurant is decorated in a simple and welcoming style. We will gladly return.

A wonderful discovery. We had a very enjoyable dinner. The dishes were excellent, subtle, beautifully prepared, and modernized, using high-quality, seasonal ingredients. The wine pairings were perfect, with a very wide selection, and the advice and explanations provided were exactly what we were looking for. The welcome was very friendly, and we had a lovely time. The only slight drawback was the somewhat slow service, but the care put into each dish justified it. I will definitely be back!

We tried it two years ago, it was very good, the service and the food were top-notch. We booked again tonight and it was a completely different experience. Between being seated and having our order taken, it took 20 minutes. As for the dishes: Oeuf meurette: the sauce wasn't thick enough. You have to get up to ask for salt and pepper. The wine glasses arrive when you've almost finished your meal. The "Chicken Gaston Gerard revisited" was nothing like the traditional dish. In conclusion: The waitresses don't look at the customers, who are forced to get up to be served.

What a gem of a restaurant! We sat outside by the window of their wine shop which definitely encouraged us to splash out of an excellent Beaune. The food was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. Would definitely recommend.

The most wonderful experience in all of France. Super friendly, knowledgeable team of people running this quaint, exciting restaurant. A masterful approach to classic Dijon cuisine, elevating it to a truly unique, unforgettable evening. The sommelier was deeply knowledgeable and guided us to the right wine for our meal selection while keeping us on budget.
