First visit to this place. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Beautifully presented dishes with superb wine pairings. A very dynamic and friendly team; I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful evening; we will be back.

Objectively, the dishes are excellent, homemade, beautifully presented, and the price is reasonable! I thoroughly enjoyed trying the regional specialties. The service is very responsive and friendly! The only downside: the wait between courses (the kitchen must have been a bit overwhelmed). We arrived at 7 pm and had to wait an average of 30 minutes between each course. It's a shame, but I still plan to return; it's a great place if you appreciate good food.

The food is well-prepared (the only downside being the asparagus starter, which was far too salty), however, the dessert portions are very small, which is a shame. The service needs improvement to complement the food.

25/05/2026: A very nice restaurant, open all day, offering simple but very good and inexpensive dishes (the crepes are delicious). Their beer menu is a real treat with excellent local beers. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which is very pleasant. Located in the city center, practically under the Jacquemart clock tower, and just steps from the market halls, it's a little restaurant/bar just the way we like them!
16/05/2026: Excellent place! Pleasant setting, welcoming staff, and top-notch service! The galettes were generous and really delicious, plus a great selection of craft beers. I'll gladly return to Les Moulins Bleus! Highly recommended!

07/05/2026: We specifically stopped in Dijon to return to this restaurant located next to the covered market, where we confirm the excellent food (the bourguignonne with mashed potatoes is delicious) as well as the unlimited “mousse au chocolat” – VERY VERY good!
05/05/2026: We were lucky enough to get the last table for two without a reservation. Simple wholesome food - the gratin ravioles was my only option (vegetarian) but I was more than happy with it. Highly recommended - book in advance, though 😏. Dijon is beautiful.
