We came specifically for the macarons, which we'd heard great things about. And our friends were right. It's very peaceful and has a lovely view. The person who greeted and served us was very pleasant.

A very pleasant setting to enjoy an ice cream on sunny days. The ice creams are excellent. The chocolates too. I recommend the original recipe for Florentine crêpe dentelle-salted butter caramel. My only downside concerns the pavlova that I tasted last year and tasted again this year, the last recipe disappointed me somewhat, I found it less elaborate and less delicious. Why change a recipe that was perfect?

We had lunch there (two very good croque-monsieurs), we were served quickly, and the waitress and the manager (I think?) who looked after us were very kind! The food was very good! Just be aware that at 4 pm, the restaurant gets very busy for afternoon tea! 😊 Maybe try going a little before or a little after! In any case, an excellent experience, we recommend it!

Pure bliss by the canal… a warm welcome, excellent ice cream, and so we came back the next day for lunch – and it was a great idea! Simple, delicious, and all at a really reasonable price. Quality products to enjoy without hesitation.

A very pleasant and friendly lunch in this place overlooking the Briare Canal Bridge. Thank you to the knowledgeable and very friendly young woman who looked after us. The food was very good and homemade. Thank you for this delicious experience. We will definitely be back.

We have been frequenting this place for many years and invited members of our family for a refreshing break on August 16th, but to our great disappointment, the quantity of homemade fruit juices has really decreased for the same price as before, and we waited about 20 minutes for these various snacks...

21/12/2025: My husband and I ate at this restaurant last night. We had a wonderful evening. Truly memorable! The owner is fantastic; he does everything himself, from cooking to serving. The dishes are delicious and generous. The owner takes the time to get to know his customers, and we were able to chat about this and that even after the restaurant closed! Go there without hesitation! We've never had such a great time at any other restaurant! Thank you!
