I highly recommend it. Generous portions, a friendly atmosphere. Take your time to eat there; he runs the place himself, but he provides excellent service. We left delighted by this wonderful experience, the kind you rarely find anymore. A restaurateur who loves his work and his customers.

Everything is unique: the decor, the tables, and especially the owner-chef-waiter, who is relaxed, takes the time to chat, and cracks a joke. You have to be patient when he disappears into the kitchen for some truly memorable moments. And it's delicious.

The restaurant is very welcoming, thanks to the owner. We came as a group of 5 adults and 3 teenagers, stopping in Briare on our way back from vacation for one last visit. It was fantastic! The owner takes his time, working alone both in the dining room and the kitchen, but the food is delicious, from appetizers to desserts. The portions are generous. We thank him and hope to see you again soon.

Everything is homemade. The dishes are generous and delicious. The chef, with his unique personality, made our experience delightful; humor and good cheer are his hallmarks. If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you—the chef works alone and does everything himself. Take your time; it's worth it!

What a find!
The facade is unassuming, but don't let that put you off.
The owner is a deadpan comedian who welcomes you with rare generosity.
I ordered a glass of wine (delicious), which was served very generously (in fact, overflowing!). The food was delicious and very plentiful, with a special mention for the fig dessert, which was simply divine...and all this for exceptional value! I wholeheartedly recommend this delightful place and the owner's charming personality. A must-try!
