What can I say... an excellent experience, both culinary and personal. The flavors are spot on, and the owner is absolutely fantastic.

We are 2 Catalans who ended up in this restaurant at 9pm and it was a great surprise! They served us some delicious dishes, with a very pleasant friendliness and although they had difficulty understanding us, they made an effort and made us have a very fun time! Highly recommended if you come to Briares, and we especially recommend the starter: Les Oeufs Pochés, Tomates Et Truite Fummé 🤤😊

We came to Briare to show our granddaughter the canal bridge and had lunch here, almost by chance. He does things right! The owner, who is also the chef and waiter, offers excellent and generous portions. He's a fun-loving man who knows how to put customers at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed the authentic cuisine and the kind of human connection that's become so rare. People chat from table to table. Go without hesitation!
