What an experience! Thank you to this wonderful team for this exceptional stay. We received a perfect welcome, both at the Hotel La Grand Voile and at the Michelin-starred restaurant and the Yole. Impeccable hospitality. The cuisine was worthy of a 4-Michelin-star rating—you'd have to invent it! 😁 Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Brossard for your warm welcome. We will be back.

A story of perfection... Tears of joy... A magnificent orchestra of service... An exceptional sommelier... An incredible setting... Unheard-of flavors... A chef who has adapted to gluten-free and lactose-free options... Right down to the plates designed by a French artist... To say everything and reveal all would be a sacrifice; only your taste buds can judge the incredible cuisine of this chef... I can't even imagine what this cuisine will be like in 10 years... Truly exceptional!

A truly delightful gastronomic experience; both the dishes and the wines were exquisite and perfectly paired. The service was efficient and discreet, without being stuffy. Nicolas Brossard took the time to greet us and chat, which was very pleasant. Thank you for this wonderful experience; we look forward to repeating it with the next menu.

30/12/2025: Now that's a truly warm welcome! A cozy and inviting spot on this freezing December 30th, 2025. Two very decent glasses of wine and a generous, unpretentious, and satisfying mixed platter. We'll gladly be back!
29/12/2025: A charming, authentic bar, not overrun with tourists, lively and bustling on weekends. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive; we followed the wine and food recommendations and were very satisfied. Truly delicious and unique. Fair prices, very nice owner.
