What an experience! Thank you to this wonderful team for this exceptional stay. We received a perfect welcome, both at the Hotel La Grand Voile and at the Michelin-starred restaurant and the Yole. Impeccable hospitality. The cuisine was worthy of a 4-Michelin-star rating—you'd have to invent it! 😁 Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Brossard for your warm welcome. We will be back.

Thank you so much for this exceptional culinary journey across the ocean. We couldn't have dreamed of a better way to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary; the tastes and flavors were magical 🧙. A story of perfection... Tears of joy... A magnificent orchestra of service... An exceptional sommelier... An incredible setting... Unheard-of flavors... A chef who has adapted to gluten-free and lactose-free options... Right down to the plates designed by a French artist... To say everything and reveal all would be a sacrifice; only your taste buds can judge the incredible cuisine of this chef... I can't even imagine what this cuisine will be like in 10 years... Truly exceptional!

A truly delightful gastronomic experience; both the dishes and the wines were exquisite and perfectly paired. The service was efficient and discreet, without being stuffy. Nicolas Brossard took the time to greet us and chat, which was very pleasant. Thank you for this wonderful experience; we look forward to repeating it with the next menu.

A magnificent culinary experience focused on seafood. The cooking was perfect, the service exceptional, the dining room pleasant, and the sauces absolutely divine. We even caught a glimpse of the chef after seeing him so many times on Top Chef! 😁 P.S.: The seaweed dessert might be a little unusual, but it doesn't detract from the meal at all.

21/02/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. We were on a tight schedule because we had an activity right after, and the restaurant was very accommodating. The welcome was warm and the service attentive without being intrusive. We quickly felt at ease. The dishes were truly excellent, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The flavors were balanced, and you could taste the care that went into each plate. The atmosphere was pleasant, ideal for spending a lovely time with friends or family. I highly recommend it; it's a wonderful place!
21/02/2026: Despite a very tight time for our meal (less than an hour), the service adapted brilliantly. The cuisine was refined without being over the top. The price was relatively affordable (around €30 for a starter and main course) for such high quality. The service was quick, efficient, and remarkably friendly. We highly recommend it.

15/02/2026: Excellent restaurant. Delicious, refined, and perfectly executed cuisine. Not a single flaw from appetizer to dessert. Perfect wine pairings with excellent recommendations from the owner. Simple yet efficient service. Beautiful antique tableware with silver cutlery. Modern yet cozy setting. We will definitely be back.
14/02/2026: A warm and welcoming atmosphere. Efficient service, and you can tell the waitresses are genuinely interested in making sure you have a pleasant experience. The traditional cuisine is excellent and subtle. I highly recommend this restaurant. If I had to offer any criticism, it would be the waitresses' attire, which doesn't quite fit the bistro feel of the place.
