This restaurant is near-perfect in terms of value for money. The head waiter is excellent and has surrounded himself with a fantastic team... the menu is a delight.

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the room, the comfort. The service and of course the quality of the dishes served and the wine pairings.

If I'm to believe the Michelin Guide's opinion, a star isn't far off. From a culinary standpoint, everything was top-notch, no complaints whatsoever. We opted for the six-course menu, and all six dishes were perfect. They readily substituted one dessert for another that better suited my taste. The only slight issue was with the wine pairing service. At our table and the next, there was some confusion, and a glass was forgotten. The mistake was rectified with a complimentary glass of champagne, and the apologies were accepted without hesitation. But if a Michelin inspector sees this…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely exceptional gastronomic experience! Les Flots is much more than a restaurant: it's a true experience where excellence is reflected in both the food and the service. We started with the signature tartare and caviar, two remarkably delicate appetizers. For our main courses, the sole and wild sea bass were simply perfect: exceptionally high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and exquisitely elegant flavors. Special mention also goes to the mojito-flavored soufflé and the strawberry dessert, which brought this dinner to a beautiful close. All accompanied by a delicious Elderflower Spritz and an excellent Pouilly-Fumé. A huge thank you to Fabien, the manager, for his warm welcome, his elegance, his attentiveness, and his infectious passion. The glass of champagne offered with dessert was a thoughtful touch that perfectly reflects the spirit of this fine establishment. Thanks also to Abby, whose smile, professionalism, kindness, and invaluable advice greatly contributed to making this an unforgettable evening. The entire team is remarkable. Having had the opportunity to travel to many countries and discover some truly exceptional restaurants around the world, I can say that Les Flots is one of those places that leaves a lasting impression. Everything is there for an exceptional experience: refined cuisine, impeccable service, an elegant atmosphere, and a magnificent view of the Old Port of La Rochelle. A must-visit, which I wholeheartedly recommend. We will return with immense pleasure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at your restaurant. The setting and service were very pleasant. We just have one small comment. We chose the duck breast. We were a little disappointed with the quality of the meat: it was a bit tough and not very tender.

Excellent dinner, the staff were very pleasant and professional. There was a small error on the bill, luckily we checked it.

We had a wonderful time at this establishment. The food was excellent, and the service was particularly pleasant. We had our 3-year-old son with us, and he was very well received by the staff. The desserts were also very good; you can tell they're real pastry chef's creations. We'll gladly return!

We've been here several times, and this time was such a disappointment. The langoustines weren't fresh... The waiter didn't know how to prepare the fish. Meanwhile, the side dish was getting cold. Everything was sent back to the kitchen. I think the fish was eventually prepared by someone more experienced, since our plate came back complete... Not worthy of such a restaurant. Very disappointed.
