Les Flots sur La Rochelle

A remarkable culinary experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Refined cuisine. The service was attentive and the welcome warm. I highly recommend this establishment. We will gladly return.

Excellent and highly original cuisine; the surf-and-turf combination in some dishes is as surprising as it is refined, all in a lovely setting. A magnificent wine list. Thank you to Hugo for his expert carving of the sole, as well as to the entire team, not forgetting the pastry chef and her sumptuous desserts.

Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! We had a lovely evening filled with the staff's humor, professionalism, and kindness. Special mention to Fabien, the head waiter! The food was also amazing. As a vegetarian, the sole and the tomato-based appetizer were incredible! And the strawberry dessert was magnificent!!

A delight on the plate, but unfortunately, the service was once again disappointing. The welcome really needs improvement. The head waiter was unpleasant, the "sommelier" had a rather odd appearance, offered no advice, and served the wine only after the starter… and then nothing. We had to get up to retrieve the bottle from the next table. I was reprimanded for getting up to serve us. Fortunately, the young woman presenting the dishes was always charming, and the waiter was attentive. Having to get up and wait to pay the bill is extremely unpleasant and reflects the overall lack of consideration shown to customers at this establishment, which we used to frequent quite regularly. Another disappointment that doesn't encourage us to return, despite the refined cuisine and high-quality ingredients. A real shame.

We had a truly delightful time. Our meal was a delight for our taste buds from the very beginning and ended with a spectacular finale: a truly perfect soufflé. We thank the chefs and all the members of this professional team who are always so attentive to their customers. A big thank you to everyone, and for the thoughtful touch (birthday treat) for the gentleman.
