We're not used to this level of restaurant service, as it's a significant expense, something everyone has to consider. And yet, we felt valued and pampered just like everyone else. The cuisine is wonderfully balanced and cooked to perfection. The service is remarkably attentive. A real family atmosphere pervades this beautiful establishment, and we can't wait to return! We had a delightful evening enjoying a meal featuring exquisite and simply delicious ingredients. The team is fantastic. It's largely made up of young people, which is wonderful because it ensures the future of French cuisine and the art of service. Your chef, Grégory Coutanceau, has nothing to worry about. It was our first time. We were delighted by the warm welcome (without being overbearing), the refined cuisine, perfectly complementing the presentation, the plating, etc. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the extremely competent, attentive, and professional staff, who could answer questions not only about the dishes (origin, cooking methods, etc.) but also, for example, about the history of the different Cognacs displayed in the dining room... It was a wonderful experience that we will definitely repeat. Thank you for everything.
