A wonderful evening at this restaurant. The welcome was fantastic. Special mention to our waitress Mathilde, who was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Also, Émeline was very smiley and kind. I highly recommend it.

06/09/2026: A first visit, but certainly not the last, to a magnificent setting where we learned about the culinary arts from Messrs. Coutanceau and Brossard. The service was seamless and highly professional, yet discreet and very friendly, with refined cuisine, a multitude of flavors so perfectly combined, served on superb tableware. The menu and service were exceptional from beginning to end. Michelin should be awarded four stars; you'll easily earn them. A huge congratulations to the entire team for all the work done behind the scenes that allowed us to have an unforgettable lunch.
30/08/2026: A magnificent "Sea Trip," named after the tasting menu! The dish that impressed me the most was "The Whole Lobster," from head to tail, but especially the contrasting textures, from ice cream to potato chips. The most memorable lobster I've ever had in any fine dining restaurant. Of course, the other dishes also brought their own unexpected qualities and flavors (I'm thinking of the mussels and the ever-popular sardine). The service is friendly, warm, attentive, and not at all stuffy. The view of the bay is exceptional. It was a real treat to dine at this restaurant, which is well worth the trip.
