A fantastic time spent with friends celebrating a birthday. A set menu featuring traditional Basque cider. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly; I can't wait to go back.

I have no comparison to other cider houses in Bayonne, as I was just passing through on business. We ordered the set menu with... well, practically everything: the omelet... superb, the fish with pimientos... superb, and the beef... well, it brought tears to my eyes... the cooking and quality far exceeded my expectations, just look at the photos already posted. It's very generous portions... all in a relaxed, informal atmosphere, at long tables, chatting with other passersby... I take my hat off to the staff... because this is an experience I will never forget.

The concept and the way the dishes are served, just like at home, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service is always friendly and cheerful. The food is good, and so is the artisanal apple wine. We'll be back.

15/02/2026: Excellent place. The portions are generous and delicious. The rillettes served as an appetizer were very good. For the ham and tomato, I would have liked two more slices of bread, as there were four of us. The ribeye steak was tender and well-seasoned. The mashed potatoes were superb. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfectly cooked and well-prepared. We had a lovely time.

22/02/2026: Great atmosphere, friendly and cheerful. We had a delicious meal for a very reasonable price. We'll be back very soon.
16/02/2026: Fabulous. Came here 2 nights in a row. First night a rowdy rugby match day with other adults and the second with my kids. Can’t say enough about the food/ service/ drinks. The server sat with me and went through the menu to help me select pintxos. Wonderful experience all around.
