The concept and the way the dishes are served, just like at home, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service is always friendly and cheerful. The food is good, and so is the artisanal apple wine. We'll be back.

I visited this establishment for a reunion of former players from the Ustaritz Labourdins football club. I was already familiar with the place, having been there several times. The setting is very pleasant, and the cider house spirit is fully respected, both in the atmosphere and the welcome. Regarding the food, my impression is more nuanced. I was disappointed by the cod, which didn't have the expected flavors; the dish seemed bland. I offer this comment in all honesty. On the other hand, the rest of the meal was satisfactory. The meat, in particular, was of good quality, which remains essential in this type of establishment. Even though I personally prefer cider houses on the Spanish side—a comparison that has its limitations—this place is still quite respectable. A word also about the wine list: having chosen the most affordable options, which are nonetheless well-known in the Northern Basque Country, I must admit that this choice was not entirely successful. The value for money in this price range seemed to me to be lacking. Admittedly, this is my personal opinion, but it's worth mentioning. Overall, it's a place worth discovering, especially for its friendly and authentic atmosphere.

Fantastic cider house, the food is excellent, but the best part is the service; Katia is a star. She's incredibly friendly and always running around. A real treat.

A nice discovery; if you want to try local specialties, I recommend it. Basque cider, cod omelet (I wasn't a fan of the idea, but it was good), delicious meat.

A perfect cider house for enjoying a traditional set menu, accompanied by cider barrels for drinking. We found the quality/price ratio to be excellent, and the €35 set menu is highly recommended. The restaurant is quite large, with three floors.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The only slight drawback is the price; it's a bit expensive. Especially since they serve you a fish or rib-eye steak dish without any vegetables…

A very simple set menu that's really worth it! An old-fashioned and authentic decor, and the cider straight from the barrel is excellent.
