April 2024: €39 per menu, it has become a luxury to eat at home. UPDATE 2024: Still as good but the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Now they cut the cheese diagonally to form only half slices. Already the cheese is not crazy.... ---------- I have been a fan of this cider house for several years. The dishes are always just as good and quite plentiful. The meat is delicious and very well cooked. Despite everything, I have a small downside regarding the desert. This decreases from month to month (see photo). 5 months ago, there were 3 slices of cheese, now there are only 2. It's sad when you pay 37 euros for the menu. Green salad also tends to decrease. I think it's a shame that the quality is dropping even though it's a great restaurant.

The setting is excellent! The menu is also very good from start to finish and truly typical of the Basque Country with a small downside for the txuleta which is not very tender and really too raw. The welcome is friendly and the price is quite reasonable. The cider is ok but not the best I have tasted. The best is really the room which really gives the impression of being in a medieval tavern. Excellent !

Abbiamo passato una serata in 15, e devo dire che é stato molto bello. Ci siamo divertiti e anche il cibo era molto bene, per il servizio era Zitronen po confuso soprattutto con i piattino quanto eravamo in tanti e non si capiva chi doveva dividere con chi. Ma se no ottima esperienza molto diversa e regionale

Fuimos un grupo de 16 personas con reserva previa; finalmente optamos por carta ya que el menú costaba 40€; comimos un chuletón de 1kg para 2 personas, merluza a la española y tortillas de bacalao; la comida estuvo muy buena; diversas bebidas y 5 optamos por el forfait de sidra a 6€ (algo caro tal vez) pero no deja de ser curioso el sistema. Acabamos pagando 32€ por persona
