We had an excellent evening. Very good, sophisticated and plentiful food. Good selection of wine too, and very affordable prices! Festive atmosphere and friendly people!

The place is very nice and friendly. The room staff is friendly, but really very poorly organized. Everything is too long if you are not known. The dishes are well presented, but have no character in the mouth. Foie gras without taste, not seasoned, the tuna tataki with mango cream, really lacks pep. And what about the chicken ballotine without any flavor, as bland as possible. The burger is well made, but the addition of flavors does not match. In short, very mixed because there is enormous potential on the menu, but lacks cooking skills.

A very nice and quiet place. Everything we have ordered has been delicious and the treatment unbeatable.
The only drawback is that they do not have the option of ordering a cheaper wine according to the prices of the food, the cheapest bottle is €30
Otherwise highly recommended, I really liked it!

Que dire ? À peine arrivés sur Biarritz, on décide de dîner dans ce restaurant à Bayonne. Accueil chaleureux, que l'on sent sincère, envers ma fille et moi, qui venions de Toulouse . Le patron (on suppose qu'il le soit, par sa prestance) est adorable, à l'écoute, et patient. Puis arrive Pauline, la serveuse qui s'est occupée de nous. Le charme, l'écoute, le sourire, la beauté, l'élégance, la brune incendiaire, témoin d'une jolie rencontre avec des voisins de table turcs.
Soirée mémorable qui inaugure une nouvelle vie agréable pour ma fille, à Biarritz... Je ne parle pas des excellents plats au très bons rapports qualité/prix !

Un lieu atypique est agréable où on y trouve une belle cuisine et un service bien fait avec de bons conseils.
Paul et Arnaud ont rendu à cet établissement une belle perspective d'avenir et un vent de fraîcheur à l'Ibaïa.
Ouvert le week-end en continue parfait pour dynamiser le centre de Bayonne.
