The food was hearty, generous, and delicious. One small drawback: the chef is a bit heavy-handed with the salt (a matter of taste). Otherwise, a very pleasant experience!

In the heart of Petit Bayonne, near the water, the restaurant is located on a quiet street with very little traffic. If you find the prices a bit higher than elsewhere, there's an undeniable advantage: here, at least, you won't regret spending your money. The welcome is simple, warm, and genuine. The service is perfectly paced, neither too slow nor too fast. The dishes are flavorful and carefully prepared, interspersed with delightful little surprises. The set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) is definitely for those with a hearty appetite!

A wonderful discovery! The lamb sweetbreads, baby squid, veal chop, and wild turbot were excellent, the portions generous, and they were served piping hot. And what can I say about the homemade duck rillettes served as an appetizer? I highly recommend trying them. Thank you to the whole team. We will be back!

An excellent restaurant that stands out, especially during the Ham Festival in Bayonne.
Discovered by chance, the dishes were delicious. The son runs the dining room and his father is in the kitchen. Authentic French cuisine, flavorful and generous. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back. Thank you, it was a real pleasure to have a beautifully set table and dine in such a calm and pleasant setting.

Authentic and generous cuisine: lamb chops, beef fillet with fresh foie gras, rib-eye steak, and for dessert, profiteroles, baked Alaska, and crêpes—truly a wonderful time! A must-try in Petit Bayonne ❤️❤️
