A fantastic time spent with friends celebrating a birthday. A set menu featuring traditional Basque cider. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly; I can't wait to go back.

I have no comparison to other cider houses in Bayonne, as I was just passing through on business. We ordered the set menu with... well, practically everything: the omelet... superb, the fish with pimientos... superb, and the beef... well, it brought tears to my eyes... the cooking and quality far exceeded my expectations, just look at the photos already posted. It's very generous portions... all in a relaxed, informal atmosphere, at long tables, chatting with other passersby... I take my hat off to the staff... because this is an experience I will never forget.
