A complete meal with delicious fish and meat, in a beautiful and cool setting! The unlimited cider served directly from the tap is a real bonus!

Great experience. You can have the smaller set menu, which is more manageable and what we had. Still quite a lot of food. I am not a fan of cider but when in bayonne....The only minus is that it was incredibly hot and no air conditioning or outdoor seating

The good points: Very pleasant atmosphere in a unique setting. Unlimited cider. Super friendly waitress and complimentary digestifs from the owner. There were 10 of us, and our bill came to around €540. The bad points: Poor quality bread!!! (It's a shame, there are some very good bakeries in Bayonne!) No fries with the rib-eye steak. A meager little green salad was served as a side. And with the sheep's cheese, you'd expect black cherry jam to stay true to the Basque theme, but no. It was served with quince paste!!! The taste was so-so.

25/04/2026: An excellent restaurant that stands out, especially during the Ham Festival in Bayonne. Discovered by chance, the dishes were delicious. The son runs the dining room and his father is in the kitchen. Authentic French cuisine, flavorful and generous. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back. Thank you, it was a real pleasure to have a beautifully set table and dine in such a calm and pleasant setting.
