Well located hotel. Pleasant staff. The breakfasts are plentiful and good. Squeezed oranges, Nespresso coffee and good pastries.

Well located hotel with private parking. Narrow bedroom and shower room not like the Mercures I used. Therefore, the price is a little high.

The hotel is very well located, at the foot of the City of Carcassonne. The welcome was remarkable and all the staff extremely caring and patient during a very busy period. The hotel is very well equipped and is warmly decorated. Very nice experience. We will happily come back.

Great location, five minute walk from the center of the old town. The swimming pool is excellent for cooling off in the summer. Good breakfast. Discreet service

Le Kiosque du Dôme

12/12/2023: The best 4 cheese pizza of my life!!!! They are very nice and kind. The Kiosk is very beautiful and original.
11/12/2023: I was in a nearby hotel and it was cold, I didn't feel like going to a restaurant and I found this pizzeria very close and with longer hours than they usually have in France with meals. I approached him, ordered a pizza and in 15 minutes it was ready. They are very good. I don't have photos because I eat it too quickly 😂 If I come back I will repeat, a pleasure guys.

13/09/2024: Habitués des restaurants à Carcassonne, nous cherchions du changement et de l'originalité et nous avons trouvé ! Cadre magnifique, élégant, belle et bonne cuisine, service rapide et sympathique. Menu en fonction des saisons, ce qui explique qu'il y a moins de choix que sur celle présentée sur internet. Très bons cocktails avec ou sans alcool, avec des mélanges surprenants. Nous y retournerons
