Incredibly well located, near the city walls. It's clear it's been recently renovated. Everything is very well maintained, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. Free parking is included with the overnight stay.

The hotel couldn't be better located, just a stone's throw to Carcassonne castle, and yet very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms very spacious. All in all, very good value for money

A magnificent hotel with affordable prices at the foot of an incredibly beautiful castle

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The welcome was truly delightful; the smiles we received at the entrance were perfect. The room, like the bathroom, was spacious and cleaned daily. Thank you to the housekeeping staff for their professionalism. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, always served by friendly, smiling staff—a great way to start the day. And what can I say about the perfect location, less than a 5-minute walk from the city center?

Very friendly staff, there's a Spanish-speaking receptionist, everyone is very nice, the hotel is very clean, good facilities, fabulous breakfast buffet, free parking in front of the hotel, ideal for visiting the medieval Carcassonne Castle (La Cité), a two-minute walk away. I highly recommend it.
