Your dedication to your customers is remarkable, and I particularly appreciate the attention you pay to the ingredients and the preparation, such as the Reblochon or Paysanne cheeses you incorporate into your pizza dough. I would like to emphasize that your pizza and lasagna dough is homemade and kneaded by hand, unlike some industrial brands. For me, this makes all the difference in terms of quality and hygiene.
