I arrived without company at 8 p.m., without having bothered to book in advance. What audacity to appear like this, without notice, in the establishment of a world-renowned master! Naturally, all the tables were taken. However, with unparalleled courtesy, I was invited to wait on the terrace, where I was generously offered appetizers, thus testifying, in a way, to their gratitude for my spontaneity. After a few moments, I was warmly invited to join the restaurant, where I was comfortably seated in a quiet corner. This is where an extraordinary culinary experience began, masterfully orchestrated by an attentive, efficient, courteous and precise team. It would be superfluous to praise here the exceptional quality of the products served, the almost arrogant expertise in making perfect pizza dough, as well as the subtle balance of flavors. Of course, the meal ends like the rest, with a team as attentive as ever, a chef who takes the time to greet each guest, thus ensuring that their experience is as pleasant as possible. Chef Zaoui, allow me to address these words to you: I am aware that in the current context, ratings, Google and SEO are crucial issues in the face of excessive competition. However, in my eyes, you have nothing to prove, you are an artist, and your establishment reflects a lifelong investment.
