I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life, and I'm quite picky, yet I've never had anything this good. I ordered a gourmet pizza and a salad, and here's what I experienced. Beyond the quality ingredients, there's a real dedication to creating a dish. Each area of ​​the pizza reveals a different, perfectly balanced flavor, not a pinch of salt too much. All of this is held together by a generous, incredibly tender crust that practically melts in your mouth. The cheese salad was excellent, bursting with flavor as well. You might think these are pizzas that are just "fancy" 😄 when you see flower petals and all the delicacy in the presentation and the overall quality of the dish, but these are truly pizzas for discerning palates, indulgent and full of flavor. They're simply made by someone who loves their craft and cooking in general, who gives their all every day to delight their customers. I didn't dare go and shake your hands, but you really impressed me. Well done, and best of luck to everyone.

Honestly, the setting and decor are nice, but the food is nothing special. The "best pizza in the world" label is a thing of the past; I'm not even sure they're the best in Carcassonne. The dough is very good, but that's about it. And practically refusing to remove an ingredient because "the chef doesn't like doing that"—what about allergies and intolerances? In short, a huge disappointment.

Rabah still stands personally behind the stove, prepares his pizzas with visible pleasure, and keeps a constant eye on his customers. You can feel that he enjoys it when people enjoy his creations. You rarely see that anymore. His wife deserves a mention too: extremely likeable, a warm welcome, and together they form a particularly hospitable duo. You don't feel like a number here, but truly welcome. What is almost unbelievable: despite the top quality, the prices remain surprisingly reasonable. Some ordinary pizzerias are even more expensive these days, whereas here you get a gastronomic pizza experience that rises far above the average. I have been coming here for years, at least once a year, and the level remains astonishingly consistent. That is perhaps the most impressive thing of all. Are you in the Carcassonne region?
