Excellent pizza, even for takeout! We had a pizza at Rabah Zaoui's in Carcassonne and frankly, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The dough is excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, and the flavors are truly exceptional. Even as a takeout, the pizza remains a real pleasure to eat. It's easy to see why Rabah Zaoui is renowned for his expertise. A wonderful discovery for us, and a place we wholeheartedly recommend! Well done to the chef and the entire team! 👏🍕 We will gladly return on our next trip to Carcassonne.

Absolutely excellent. The bad reviews are just disingenuous. I'm not sure I've ever eaten such a delicious pizza, and the service was top-notch too. Thank you to the whole team for this fabulous experience and thank you for offering such an amazing vegan option!

Wow! I'd never tasted a truffle pizza before, and let me tell you… it was exceptional! The pizza was excellent, all the ingredients were delicious and plentiful, and the truffle was present in both quantity and, above all, quality. Excellent pizzas. There's what's cooked and what's added afterward. The Margherita is divine and the Quattro Stagioni is excellent, very generously topped. All served with a smile in a lovely back garden.

I was a little disappointed with my pizza; it was very good, but not as generous as usual. I ordered a Nordic pizza (salmon and shrimp) based on the menu, but there were no shrimp on mine. It's a shame, it would have been better with them.

Always smiling, helpful, and attentive, he knows perfectly how to adapt to his customers' requests and requirements. The pizzas are generous, perfectly cooked, with expertly prepared dough and, above all, quality ingredients, including beautiful local produce. César is in high demand, and when you taste his pizzas, you quickly understand why! Despite the busy schedule, he always maintains his good humor and a commitment to satisfying every customer.
