Citron Et Basilic sur Colmar

It's located inside the Colmar market and has a simple menu. We tried the quiche and the charcuterie tart, and they were delicious. It's a small place run by two waiters; all the tables were occupied, and there were people waiting, but the service was quick, they were very friendly, and the food was good. The price was more than reasonable.

Excellent place to stop for lunch in the Colmar market. Recommended, simple, traditional dishes. The waitress was very helpful.

The waitress was very friendly. The slice of spinach and goat cheese quiche was quite good, a little soft (perhaps due to the heat?) but a perfectly adequate size. The desserts, however, disappointed us; they tasted reheated, and the crumble resembled a recycled apple tart (thick crust, very little fruit, and a crumble topping that was only vaguely sprinkled: a crumble is primarily fruit without a crust and a proper layer of crumble topping!!). It's a shame!

We received a very warm welcome from both the manager and the staff. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. We had a quiche Lorraine with a salad, both very generous and delicious. The lemon-basil lemonade was a real treat and very refreshing in the middle of a heatwave. We highly recommend this little restaurant and thank the waiter for his smile and kindness.
