The place is very beautiful and spacious, with a dining room and another for drinks such as aperitifs and after-dinner drinks. The service was good and very professional, but the dishes we ate weren't quite up to par. Overall, the experience was positive. I recommend it.

Very little to say, or rather, everything has probably already been said. I must say, though, that the sauerkraut with five meats was delicious. Furthermore, the service was efficient, quick, and friendly. Finally, the restaurant offers an authentic, traditional Alsatian atmosphere that defies the ravages of time. A successful change of scenery for a southerner and Alsatian enthusiast like myself. Jean-Marc SIEGL.

We are staying at the Hotel Bristol, and last night we ate at the Auberge restaurant, where the food is excellent. We weren't sure which wine to choose with our meal, but Mr. Aymeric recommended the Viognier de Montfauco. It was excellent and delicious. He is a true connoisseur. Thank you, Mr. Aymeric. Mrs. Romeo

Having come from Metz, I stopped in Colmar during my road trip to visit a rather uninteresting and boring city. However, while there, I discovered the restaurant L'Auberge and received excellent service. A warm welcome, very generous portions, a bit pricey, but I don't regret it at all. Thank you to the staff for their service, and especially to the one who recommended Camping de L'Ill for camping, because I took her advice and had a great night (even though I made a mistake and ended up at the one in Mulhouse, but that was my next destination anyway).

01/08/2026: Didn’t eat, but this place saved us on a hot afternoon Colmar tour with cold delicious cremant and fully functional bathroom. The owner is a delight.
