Clamato sur Paris

Everything was delicious; if you like fish and seafood, go for it!!

The formula is getting old but still delights tourists. This Clamato, which we used to love, lacks precision in the details: the whiting is too salty, the squash garnish overwhelms the delicate mayonnaise, the Vulcain pear cider is tired from the tap, and the service is mechanical… It remains a charming place that deserves a boost!

I had a truly wonderful evening at Clamato with friends. The service was exceptionally attentive, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting. The perfect setting for a memorable night out. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy an exquisite dining experience!

Went to Clamato (Septime was full). We had the scallops. The warm ones with truffle were excellent and so were the profiteroles. We also had the raw scallops. They were relatively tasteless. We had the squash which was tasty but very hard (undercooked?). The rest of the food was so so. The endives with lobster bisque had zero lobster taste. The Caesar salad was terrible. I am glad to have tried Clamato (I am a big fan of Septime) but I will not come back. I was disappointed.

I was delighted! The menu is very well-crafted, with high-quality products, both in terms of seafood and the wine list. The service was excellent, very attentive, full of helpful advice, and incredibly caring. Thank you!

We had a wonderful dinner here. We ordered half a crab, whiting, and a mix of shellfish and scallops — everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and top quality. The wines by the glass also had some great options. The staff were very friendly and happy to give explanations or suggestions, which added to the experience. The atmosphere is warm and enjoyable, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable (we paid under €120 for two, including two glasses of wine each). A great spot — highly recommended!

A restaurant for a group of friends who want to share small plates which offer new and interesting flavor combinations. Although the food was prime quality, and the combinations were in fact interesting, some of them lacked more care. The tuna for example felt blank, it could easily carry more flavors. The salad dish was very average, and it was brought to us at the end of our meal together with the asparagus (another vegetable dish) which in our new health and wellness understanding should be served at the beginning of the meal. To be honest we didn’t specify the order, we simply ordered all the small plates to share, and were confident that a restaurant of this caliber, could arrange a logical and knowledgeable way of presenting our dishes. Overall it feels like the restaurant is lacking some serious management, some of the chefs and waiters looked either too stressed or too relaxed, showing some imbalance and lack of a team sensation, this is not always important but it is when you have an open kitchen section where you mix cooking with service.

What a wonderful discovery Clamato is! A menu featuring seafood and vegetables, offering subtle and creative flavor combinations. The concept: small (too small!) dishes to share. The menu changes daily based on the freshest catches. Simply delicious.
