Fresh seafood, prepared creatively. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent restaurant, the dishes are elaborate and very delicate. A minor drawback was the service, which was sometimes a little slow, and the dessert (the one with mirabelle plums) which wasn't as delicious as the rest, but it was a great experience!

Probably the best meal I've had in France. Finally a place which serves fresh food - without tons of butter. They know how to treat ingredients right, without overpowering seafood with sauce - they merely complement the seafood. Would definitely recommend for people who want something different than the average Bistro. Kudos to the chef.

Just OK, not that special given that Paris has so many great restaurants to have fresh seafood. Nice selection of oysters. Fresh tuna & strawberries was the hi-light of the meal. No reservations required, but get there before 7pm to be on the list or expect to eat at 9pm or later. Sister restaurant Septime is next door - which is fabulous.

We walked in and only waited around 10–15 minutes Loved every dish we ordered — everything was so fresh, especially the seafood. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was also great: attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d happily come back to when I’m in Paris!

Absolutely loved Clamato. The raw dishes were unbelievable, genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had. I also loved that the menu changes every day depending on what’s fresh and available. It makes the whole experience feel creative and a bit more special. The staff are friendly with good vibes. Also their Bloody Mary with Mezcal was amazing. The only miss for me was the courgette dish. But everything raw that we tried was exceptional and easily the highlight of the meal. Would definitely come back.

By far some of the best raw plates we have ever had. Great selection & super innovative menu which I believe updates daily. We also loved the salad and mezcal twist on a Bloody Mary. Certainly a place we will revisit next time in town! Service was friendly, we put our name down and at about 7:15 and they said they’d call us back about 8:30, which the did.

Absolutely fantastic dinner at Clamato! The seafood was outstanding, creative, fresh, and beautifully prepared. We especially loved the oysters, tuna carpaccio, cuttlefish tagliatelle and the sea bass collar. Easily one of the highlights of our trip to Paris. One small issue worth mentioning: we ordered a €32 bottle of wine, but were served a different bottle that cost €64. We only realized this when we received the bill. The wine was excellent and we had such a great evening that we decided to pay the full price rather than make an issue of it, but we do think a change of bottle, especially at twice the price, should be clearly communicated before it is opened. That said, this did not change our overall impression. The food was exceptional, we had a wonderful evening, and we would happily come back!

Nice, but not entirely convincing culinarily. A lovely little restaurant, which unfortunately gets very hot without air conditioning. The staff is super friendly and tries hard, but acts rather unprofessionally and lacks expertise. The menu consists exclusively of fish. The dishes are very experimental and didn't quite suit our taste – the spices were often too overpowering for the delicate fish. All in all, we felt it was somewhat overrated.
