Excellent restaurant, great service and good food

Intolerance revealed but not taken into account.

On a rainy Sunday evening, we had the opportunity to enjoy comforting dishes like pâté en croûte and veal chop with homemade mashed potatoes and morels—it was excellent! All this with very pleasant service, thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

A very enjoyable time was had at Le Clocher du Village. The cuisine is traditional French, the menu is appealing, and the portions are generous and hearty, perfectly in keeping with the atmosphere. The ambiance is convivial, typical of a Parisian bistro as we love them. Starters and desserts are offered at affordable prices, allowing you to indulge yourself to your heart's content. My only slight criticism, and this is very personal: my steak tartare and fries were good and plentiful, but presented very simply, perhaps too simply. Nothing major, just a personal observation. Aside from that, the service was excellent, efficient, and pleasant. A delightful time spent with friends.

The cote de beuf was extraordinary. The house wine just ideal for the meat at hand. Bravo!

Very noisy. The cocktails were very good. The appetizers (foie gras and foie gras pâté en croûte) and frog legs were excellent. The ribeye steak was overcooked and tasteless. The profiteroles were rubbery. Therefore, very expensive for a mediocre result.

A truly traditional restaurant, just the way I like them. I come back again and again, never disappointed. The cuisine is seasonal, the ingredients are fresh, the oysters are delicious in winter, the fish is always superbly prepared, and the meats are of very high quality (the rib-eye steak is always a highlight). The traditional dishes are consistently excellent, and the ingredients are always fresh. Then there's the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. You meet up with friends at your table and catch up with them. Yes, the dining room can be noisy at times, but it's so welcoming... You feel right at home here. The service is pleasant, smiling, friendly, and warm. I highly recommend it and thank the team for their wonderful work.
