We weren't able to get the tender flank steak and unlimited fries for only €13.90. It feels like false advertising. The online reservation had been accepted, however, upon arriving at the restaurant, the waitress explained that she had accepted our reservation for the flank steak, but that they didn't actually serve it. We had to choose something else, and we didn't receive a word of apology, nothing at all! We could have had unlimited fries, but no, that would have been a gesture of goodwill towards the customers. I'm disappointed by this way of operating at Hippopotamus.

A fantastic experience at Hippopotamus! A special mention goes to Mamadou, the manager, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, professional, and above all, very attentive to the customers. You can tell he takes his role to heart and truly does everything he can to ensure customers have a great time. A warm welcome, efficient service, and genuine focus on customer satisfaction. He's exactly the kind of person who makes you want to return to a restaurant. Thank you, Mamadou, for your professionalism and good humor! A real asset to the restaurant. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at the Hippopotamus in Boulogne-Billancourt! Special mention to Michael, our waiter, who gave us a very warm welcome. 😊 A smiling, pleasant waiter who clearly loves his job. He adds a real touch of class to the restaurant with his friendly welcome and good humor! 👌 On top of that, we ate very well, the prices are reasonable, and the opening hours are really convenient and flexible. Thank you to Michael for his professionalism and good humor! We will gladly return. I highly recommend it!

I regularly visit Hippopotamus in Boulogne during the week, but today's service was particularly outstanding! Despite being short-staffed, the team remained professional and efficient. A big thank you to Gloria, the waitress, who greatly contributed to making our visit enjoyable thanks to her speed, attentiveness, helpfulness, and especially her smile. 👏🏽 I also thoroughly enjoyed my meal, particularly the Irish hanger steak, cooked to perfection as requested. A big thank you to the chef for the excellent cooking! 👌🏽 A truly wonderful experience. I look forward to returning soon!

They demonstrate exquisite customer service skills and a mastery of the tools and risks involved in hospitality and customer relations.
