Lunch with colleagues, we had booked just in case, the set menu was excellent, the free-range chicken was nice and plump, and the raspberry dessert was very light, a perfect ending to the meal. Special mention goes to the "7-tier salad" starter, presented with originality. The service was quick and friendly from the staff. 👍👍

12/10/2026: An absolute must-visit in Bayonne! A hidden gem tucked away at the foot of the Old Castle. Everything is perfect: the specialty coffee is excellent, and the brunch/lunch options are a delight. You can immediately taste the freshness of the local produce and the homemade quality in every dish (we especially loved their pastries!). The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, the decor is stylish, and the staff is very welcoming. Just be sure to arrive early, as the place is very popular, but it's well worth the wait. Go without hesitation!
