The room was clean and very nice, no complaints there. However, we were very disappointed with the welcome; the staff were borderline unpleasant. Upon arriving in our room, we asked for information about the spa, and we barely received a response. So much so that we went to the competitor across the street, which was cheaper than what they were offering, even though we are regular customers of theirs. €30 per person for the spa is outrageous. We also received no information about breakfast, and when we arrived in the morning to have it, we were treated as if we were intruding. And breakfast is quite limited, with a rather small selection. The staff deserved a bit more kindness and explanation.

A very warm welcome, a comfortable and spacious apartment with a private balcony, very well-equipped and peaceful, and most importantly, during this heatwave we finally got a good night's sleep... The spa was a relaxing experience much appreciated by both of us.
Ideally located for exploring all the sites of Aubrac and also for the guided tour of the small town of Chaudes-Aigues, which has a geothermal museum unique in Europe; I highly recommend it.

We spent two nights there. A very pleasant stay. The apartment hotel was very comfortable, the spa was excellent, and dinner was delicious with high-quality ingredients. The staff was very welcoming. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic 6-day stay! Peaceful, clean accommodation, comfortable beds, Florian was very helpful, and the truffade was excellent! I highly recommend it.

We were just passing through the area and discovered this restaurant where you can try typical regional dishes.
The staff is super friendly, and what's more, right across the street after a meal, there's nothing better than a 2.5-hour spa treatment 😊

An ideal setting to relax and take time for yourself.
The location is perfect. The spa area and treatments are excellent. The restaurant service is very good. Moreover, we were welcomed by Florian, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay!
