We stayed two nights. Very warm welcome. I advise against booking through Booking.com; it's better to book directly with the hotel. Spacious, quiet apartment with comfortable beds.

A 4-star aparthotel, but with limited and poorly laid-out amenities. There's a problem with the windows: the dishwasher door rubs against the kitchen door frame, and the double-glazed living room window no longer closes due to expansion (thermal fluctuations). There's no coffee table, no decorations, and a lack of kitchen utensils. The coffee machine only accepts pods sold in the hotel restaurant. The TV had to be disconnected several times after overheating.
The exterior is cluttered with pallets, drums, trailers, and motorcycles. What a shame! The initial reception was a bit rough but warmed up over time. The service was spartan. Overall, a rather mixed review. We never tried the restaurant or spa.

The apartment/hotel exceeded our expectations. We didn't use the spa facilities, but breakfast was very good and plentiful. There's a huge parking lot behind the building. If I return to Chaudes-Aigues, I'll definitely book this place again. One small complaint: the sound system in the toilets is overrated!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Coin d'Aubrac hotel, restaurant, and spa. The welcome was friendly. The superior apartment was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The balcony overlooked the stream. The relaxation/spa area was very pleasant, clean, and tastefully decorated. The restaurant and wine cellar were very tasteful. Dinner was excellent value for money; truly delicious and well-prepared (a small but well-crafted and expertly executed menu is far better than a long selection of pre-made dishes). Breakfast was lovely (not a buffet as some might expect, but fresh bread, pastries, fresh fruit juice, a choice of hot drinks, and two excellent fried eggs). Thank you for this wonderful stay. We will gladly return.

Accommodation was okay for our one night, but the noise makes us deduct one star. It was very hot in the accommodation; we wanted to open the window because the temperature outside was very pleasant. It was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the nearby busy road and the fan from the spa. As a result, the night was quite unpleasant, but the location was good and the accommodation was large with everything we needed.
