Accommodation was okay for our one night but the noise makes us deduct one star, it was very hot in the accommodation, we wanted to open the window because the temperature outside was very pleasant, impossible to sleep with the window open because of the nearby busy road + the fan from the Spa, so the night was quite unpleasant but good location and large accommodation with the necessary equipment.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Coin d'Aubrac hotel, restaurant, and spa. The welcome was friendly. The studio was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds. The relaxation area was very pleasant, clean, and tastefully decorated. The restaurant and wine cellar were excellent. The meal was truly delicious and offered excellent value for money. Thank you for this wonderful stay. We will gladly return.

The room was clean and very nice, no complaints there. However, we were very disappointed with the welcome; the staff were borderline unpleasant. Upon arriving in our room, we asked for information about the spa, and we barely received a response. So much so that we went to the competitor across the street, which was cheaper than what they were offering, even though we are regular customers of theirs. €30 per person for the spa is outrageous. We also received no information about breakfast, and when we arrived in the morning to have it, we were treated as if we were intruding. And breakfast is quite limited, with a rather small selection. The staff deserved a bit more kindness and explanation.

A very warm welcome, a comfortable and spacious apartment with a private balcony, very well-equipped and peaceful, and most importantly, during this heatwave we finally got a good night's sleep... The spa was a relaxing experience much appreciated by both of us.
Ideally located for exploring all the sites of Aubrac and also for the guided tour of the small town of Chaudes-Aigues, which has a geothermal museum unique in Europe; I highly recommend it.

We spent two nights there. A very pleasant stay. The apartment hotel was very comfortable, the spa was excellent, and dinner was delicious with high-quality ingredients. The staff was very welcoming. Highly recommended!
