06/09/2026: A very poor experience for a property advertised as 4 stars. I'm usually very reluctant to leave negative reviews, especially since I work in the hotel industry myself and know the realities of the business. But in this case, the number of problems is too significant not to mention. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was unpleasant and we received no information: no Wi-Fi code, no breakfast hours, no explanation whatsoever. As a receptionist myself, I find this particularly unacceptable. These are, after all, the basics of customer service. The apartment is old and clearly poorly maintained. For accommodation advertised for 8 people: • Insufficient dishes for 8 people; • Broken cupboards that no longer stay in their tracks; • Wobbly bunk beds unsuitable for adults; • Broken bed slat; • Broken radiator placed on the floor; • Unusable telephone, not plugged in and with no way to plug it in; • Hair on the duvet covers; • Blood on the comforters; • Not enough sheets for all the beds. And to top it all off, breakfast was only served from 9:00 to 10:30 AM, even though the accommodation had to be vacated by 10:30 AM. This organization is difficult to understand. Photos attached. I can understand that an establishment might have unforeseen issues or a few flaws. But here, the problems are too numerous and concern such basic elements as cleanliness, safety, amenities, and customer service. For a 4-star hotel, this level of service is frankly disappointing and falls far short of what is advertised.
