17/07/2026: We had a wonderful time as a couple, the staff were very welcoming and helpful!
15/07/2026: The room was clean and very nice, no complaints there. However, we were very disappointed with the welcome; the staff were borderline unpleasant. Upon arriving in our room, we asked for information about the spa, and we barely received a response. So much so that we went to the competitor across the street, which was cheaper than what they were offering, even though we are regular customers of theirs. €30 per person for the spa is outrageous. We also received no information about breakfast, and when we arrived in the morning to have it, we were treated as if we were intruding. And breakfast is quite limited, with a rather small selection. The staff deserved a bit more kindness and explanation.
