The food was very good, however I was disappointed with the Ube Latte and the Chai Latte.

I've been coming very often for the past two months. The manager is exceptionally kind.

Very expensive for what it is (€20 for a salad with few ingredients, a bottle of water, and a rice pudding) and quite noisy. Otherwise, it's not too bad, and the concept is convenient.

Toit Terrasse Piscine Molitor

25/08/2026: Finally! Finally, a good Italian restaurant in the 16th arrondissement. The new owner is very friendly and professional. The food is excellent (burrata, pizza, veal Milanese…) and the welcome is very warm. Great experience.
23/08/2026: Delicious meal with friends. Everyone enjoyed their dish. From pizza to pasta, everyone loved it. I highly recommend it.

Fringe

12/08/2026: Fringe Coffee Food Photography Cafe is located in the Marais district of the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. This coffee shop has a very calm atmosphere, beautiful interior design, tableware, and a concept that shows great attention to detail and passion. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the granola this time, but I heard they use ingredients sourced from local farmers. What impressed me most was the delicious coffee and the shop's concept. I usually don't order cold brew because I find many of them bitter or acidic. But this time, I decided to try their specialty coffee, served cold brew. I was surprised when I tasted it... It had a very mellow and rounded flavor, without any unpleasant bitterness or acidity, and I could taste a fruity aroma. It was very easy to drink, and even though I don't usually drink cold brew, I found it very delicious. While I was there, I saw regulars saying goodbye to the owner and giving him gifts, and it warmed my heart to see what a welcoming coffee shop it must be. And then there's the shop's concept: the owner regularly changes the photos displayed on the wall, and comparing past displays on Instagram with the atmosphere during my visit, I was amazed at how much the atmosphere of the shop changed just by changing a few photos on the wall. The fact that you can have a new experience every time, even at the same cafe, is what I think is so wonderful about this place. Just a few minutes' walk away, there's another shop run by the same owner that focuses on film photography, and the area around Fringe is full of unique and charming independent shops and restaurants, so I recommend exploring the neighborhood before or after visiting the cafe. Fringe is such a wonderful place that I want to make visiting it a regular part of my travel routine every time I come to Paris. For anyone in Paris looking to enjoy high-quality specialty coffee and a wonderful, relaxing, and creative space, I highly recommend this place 😌🫶🏼 I had such a lovely time at Fringe. This is more than just a specialty coffee shop. You can really feel how much thought and care has gone into every detail—from the specialty coffee and beautiful interior to the unique concept. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the granola this time, but I learned that they use ingredients sourced from local farmers. The café is beautiful, peaceful, and very inviting. The concept is also very unique: the owner regularly changes the photography displayed on the walls. I looked through their Instagram and loved seeing some of the past exhibitions. It's fascinating to see how the entire atmosphere of the café changes depending on the photographs on display. Same café, a completely new experience. I usually don't order cold brew because I tend to find it too bitter. But since I wanted to try something different, I ordered their specialty coffee as a cold brew — and wow. It was so smooth and rounded, with no harsh bitterness or sourness, and had a lovely fruity character. It was incredibly easy to drink. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. I also noticed how respectful and considerate the atmosphere felt, even with many customers coming in and out. It felt very comfortable, like a neighborhood café where people truly enjoy spending time. The area around Fringe is also lovely to explore, with lots of cute independent shops and restaurants. There’s even a film photography shop run by the same owner just a few minutes away, which is a fun stop if you’re interested in photography. I want to make visiting Fringe one of my little rituals whenever I come to Paris. I love the idea that every visit can feel different depending on the photographs being exhibiting. If you’re looking for high-quality specialty coffee in a beautiful, relaxed, and creative atmosphere, I highly recommend stopping by Fringe. I am excited to go back to Fringe☺️☕️🌱
06/08/2026: Coffee was as good as anywhere in Europe, nearly as good as in Oz 😘
