Service-wise: excellent, friendly, and attentive. You'll find a wide selection of drinks at all price points. Finally, the main thing: the food. I discovered Colbert thanks to a colleague who recommended it for lunch. The dandelion greens with a soft-boiled egg and bacon were simply delicious. The apple tart was equally delightful. The decor is beautiful and the service impeccable. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thank you for everything!

17/04/2026: Michael Wagner and Jérémy Page fully deserve their Michelin star. This evening, we enjoyed the 11-course tasting menu, accompanied by the classic wine pairing. Every dish was excellent and left nothing to be desired. The main course particularly impressed and truly won us over. The wine pairing was of high quality and especially interesting, with beautiful, carefully chosen, and perfectly matched wines. On my next visit, however, I will definitely opt for the premium version. The sommelier this evening was knowledgeable and very attentive. Overall, this young team was friendly and pleasantly relaxed, without any stiffness. Exactly how I like it.

29/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! During my visit to Giulia Trattoria & Pizzeria, I was captivated by the quality of the dishes and the authenticity of the Italian cuisine. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and this truly comes through in the food. The atmosphere is warm and the service is pleasant.
