I discovered Colbert thanks to a colleague who recommended it for lunch. The dandelion greens with a soft-boiled egg and bacon were simply delicious. The apple tart was equally delightful. The decor is beautiful and the service impeccable. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thank you for everything!
