Colette sur Saint-Tropez

Here on our honeymoon and our first Michelin star restaurant! The staff was patient as our French was limited to “Enchante!” My favorite was the oyster as it unfolded into a unique delicious masterpiece. Their presentation of the lobster on the ice was exactly what I yearned for in creativity. Every dish was an explosion of satisfaction and the atmosphere rounded it all off. We will be back no matter what it takes!

In a pleasant Saint-Tropez environment, sheltered from the noise and the crowds, the Colette restaurant team gave us a particularly warm and exemplary welcome. They knew how to arouse our curiosity and delight our taste buds with the Chef's dishes...surprising and refined cuisine. A very pleasant evening to repeat.

Good restaurant but not worth a Michelin star. Overall good, but the location is nothing special and in the area there are restaurants with more beautiful views/atmospheres, the wine list offers little choice and at high prices (decent quality but not up to a star), the dishes neat but not particularly original. Little attention to food intolerances. Normal service.

Great staff, service, and wine recommendation. Starters, dessert, and main fish course were forgettable. The calamari main was great, though. Would be 5 stars, however, considering the Michelin star, I believe 4 is fair.

A unique and breathtaking place in a sought-after and intimate atmosphere, quiet, attentive service by a very professional team and a chef (and his team in the kitchen) who deserves the 2nd Star without a doubt! Stay here it's a journey

Excellent sommelier, perfect room service, indoor dining room tables too close together hindering the service, quite noisy, portions a little too small especially for the plant-based menu, birthday candle promised in advance and forgotten, addition amounting to more of a 2 stars.

Je suis venue seule avec mon enfant de 4 ans, et nous avions passé une expérience superbe et unique, en plus d’un cadre vraiment beau et agréable. Le personnel était vraiment adorable, et ont portés beaucoup d’attention envers mon enfant. Il y avais une chanteuse accompagnée d’un musicien, et cela amenait une ambiance vraiment chill et apaisée. Le plat était bon. Le diner tournait autour des agrumes, et n’étant pas une très grande fan de cela j’ai quand même apprécié le repas. Je recommande à 100% ! Merci à eux.

At the time of our visit (July 2023) they had 1 Michelin star. We ordered 7 course meal (also, one guest had 6 course vegetarian meal) . Outstanding taste and presentation! I read other guests’ complains that service was slow and asked the staff to speed up our service a bit because we had to drive back to Nice - and they absolutely accommodated us! Our server was excellent, which was just as important as food itself.
