The restaurant is located directly on the prominent harbor promenade with all the advantages and disadvantages. The waitresses were quite friendly to our dog too. Anyone looking for value for money is in the wrong place here, here you can see and be seen.

Rainy day and out of season, arrived at 4 at 12:30 p.m.…. Warm and chic setting, perfect and smiling waitresses, caring and helpful. The daily menu is varied and the dishes are appetizing for a very reasonable price on the port. We highly recommend the address!

In the 20 years we have been going to Girelier (that's probably 50 times), what is remarkable is the consistency and regularity. The service is always impeccable, the cuisine always of good quality, the chef is always present (every day!). Sure, it’s a little expensive, but a sure value in St. Tropez.

While passing through Saint Tropez, the restaurant was pretty good. We are in the atmosphere of Saint Tropez near the port and very good cuisine with the essential Tropezienne.

01/04/2024: A few years ago, this secret corner was visited by Tropéziens to eat grilled sardines. Today (after several changes in concept), the place remains charming, but the prices are excessive. 200 EUR for a grilled fish for 2 people! There are limits to everything, even in St. Tropez. That said, the service is friendly and friendly and you have to admit: eating with your feet in the water is a beautiful thing… In short, we will return there to do like the others: order a simple dish and a coffee, that's it!

14/09/2023: Here on our honeymoon and our first Michelin star restaurant! The staff was patient as our French was limited to “Enchante!” My favorite was the oyster as it unfolded into a unique delicious masterpiece. Their presentation of the lobster on the ice was exactly what I yearned for in creativity. Every dish was an explosion of satisfaction and the atmosphere rounded it all off. We will be back no matter what it takes!
09/09/2023: In a pleasant Saint-Tropez environment, sheltered from the noise and the crowds, the Colette restaurant team gave us a particularly warm and exemplary welcome. They knew how to arouse our curiosity and delight our taste buds with the Chef's dishes...surprising and refined cuisine. A very pleasant evening to repeat.
