I ordered a purple latte. The manager served me very well; I even got a heart on my latte! It was really delicious, and they gave me a mug. Wonderful. Thank you so much, and all the best!

I wasn't expecting an amazing experience given the reviews and the fact that it's a small shop in the RER station, but I was honestly pleasantly surprised: I came in seven months pregnant with a very specific craving, and I asked if it was possible to make me a "special" customized drink, explaining the situation. The young woman happily agreed to do it, charging me the same price as a regular drink plus a surcharge. It might not seem like much, but I sincerely appreciated the gesture!

I don't understand the negative reviews; I've been there several times over the past two years and I've always been satisfied. The staff is friendly and welcoming! The muffins are delicious, and the drinks are great too (both hot and cold). I especially loved the Bear Latte 😍 I can't wait to try their elixirs that are coming soon 🥰

I come to the Columbus Café at Gare de Lyon very often and it's always a pleasure, especially thanks to Prisca who makes me my classic mocha every day with pretty designs on the coffee, which immediately puts me in a good mood. ☺️

The woman with the burgundy hair gave me a wonderful welcome; she had great energy and was very friendly, which was lovely! I came to get a large pain au chocolat on Monday afternoon, January 12th, and it was very good.

31/07/2026: The iced coffee was a bit bland and overflowing, much like the welcome.
24/07/2026: Last year (July 2025), we had a delicious sandwich: the ciabatta. A very simple recipe: chicken, parmesan, and tomato tartare. We were served by Sabri, a smiling and friendly young man. This lunchtime, we went back to Columbus for the same sandwich (I think this will be our annual ritual 😅) and this time we were served by Boury, an equally lovely and very attentive woman. Thank you to this wonderful team and to this restaurant, which we highly recommend. The two of us, being from Brittany, already know where we'll be having lunch next year while waiting for our train.
