The food is good but the bathroom is not free even if you order something, the Prat restaurant below is very good, they didn't bring us a Coca-Cola that we paid for and they brought us the ice cream with the food and it was ruined when we ate it.

This is not the best Maccy's we've been to. Fed-up looking girl on the order counter, probably not surprising as a couple of her co-workers were sitting chatting downstairs and chucking a ball around. Sorry, if this was a MacDonalds in the UK there would be serious consequences!

Crowded at certain times, so long waits. I've even found hair in my Coke before, but the dining area is pleasant, and I once got an extra donut when my friends got quite a few things less.

Overall, a good McDonald's. However, it's becoming very difficult to go there on weekdays at lunchtime and during school dismissal times in the neighborhood: it's extremely crowded. Another point for improvement: there's no screen to indicate when orders are ready. Customers crowd together and can't hear the numbers called out by the staff.

Great to see they are not using disposable cups and chip box when you eating in. The food overall is decent. The 5 euro deal they have is a good option for a quick pit stop

18/08/2026: The service was incredibly slow; we waited half an hour for our order, and even those who arrived after us were served before us 😕😕 This is deplorable for a fast food restaurant.
07/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to the two team members who were there that day: the person serving the trays and the one cleaning the dining area. Unfortunately, I don't have their names, but I hope they recognize themselves. A very warm welcome despite the crowds and the rush hour. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially with our baby, and the dining area was very well maintained. It was truly a pleasure and a real step up from other McDonald's. Thank you to them for their kindness and attentiveness!
