Overall, a good McDonald's. However, it's becoming very difficult to go there on weekdays at lunchtime and during school dismissal times in the neighborhood: it's extremely crowded. Another point for improvement: there's no screen to indicate when orders are ready. Customers crowd together and can't hear the numbers called out by the staff.

Great to see they are not using disposable cups and chip box when you eating in. The food overall is decent. The 5 euro deal they have is a good option for a quick pit stop

Crowded at certain times, so long waits. I've even found hair in my Coke before, but the dining area is pleasant, and I once got an extra donut when my friends got quite a few things less.

The food is what it is, nothing surprising if you've been to a McDonald's before. The service is quick, and once you order, your food arrives at the table almost immediately. The worst thing is the poor air conditioning; even during a heatwave in France, it was slightly better than being outside. In Spain, you can walk into any McDonald's and stay cool.

The McDonald's Passy restaurant is clean and welcoming. The only downsides are the incredibly long wait times during peak hours and holidays (which is normal), but this is much less understandable during school holidays. In any case, plan ahead if you're going. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and available to help with ordering at the kiosks, and the table service is good. No negative points.

25/06/2026: I was in this establishment a week ago and witnessed the terrible service. The cashier was more focused on his phone than on serving customers, and the bartender, whose name was Zarah, was clearly stressed and unprofessional. The final stage of service was impersonal. The cashier always seems to forget his name is Iassir; he even forgot to bring the cake we bought and went to retrieve it with a complete lack of motivation. The stress and laziness of the staff were palpable.
