16/07/2026: Often when you order something is missing and it's often cold. It's very disappointing when you go after a certain time; if you order nuggets or a burger, it's too dry because it's been kept warm for too long.

13/07/2026: Rajaa is really super nice, smiling, pleasant, and professional—thank you! I don't go there to eat, but to grab a quick coffee when I'm in the area. It does the job, and it's quite peaceful and pleasant in the morning. However, the manager is really unfriendly and cold, and even throws away customers' lost belongings… Unacceptable. This explains my review and the rating that goes with it.
