08/08/2026: Often when you order something is missing and it's often cold. It's very disappointing when you go after a certain time; if you order nuggets or a burger, it's too dry because it's been kept warm for too long.

07/08/2026: ⭐ Disappointing. We ordered a double Filet-O-Fish, received a single, and the cheddar fries came with bacon bits. Mistakes happen. But I find it really unfortunate that they preferred to throw the product in the trash rather than give it to the customer under the pretext that it's protocol. What a waste for a simple ordering error! Fortunately, a very friendly manager came to see us and offered us ice cream to apologize. Thank you to her for her kind gesture.
