Often when you order something is missing and it's often cold. It's very disappointing when you go after a certain time; if you order nuggets or a burger, it's too dry because it's been kept warm for too long.

Rajaa is really super nice, smiling, pleasant, and professional—thank you!
I don't go there to eat, but to grab a quick coffee when I'm in the area. It does the job, and it's quite peaceful and pleasant in the morning.
However, the manager is really unfriendly and cold, and even throws away customers' lost belongings… Unacceptable.
This explains my review and the rating that goes with it.

The best McDonald's in Annecy!!! The fries are always COOKED and the meals are delivered piping hot!!!
The wait at the drive-thru is always a bit long, but it's worth it to eat hot and cooked food! But there's no long wait when you eat in. In Annecy and Epagny, it's really not good at all!!!!

I would like to warmly thank the entire team at this McDonald's. During my visit with my children, we unfortunately encountered a very unpleasant situation and racist remarks from some customers.
During such a difficult time, the entire team demonstrated great professionalism, respect, and compassion. The employees intervened, supported us, and ensured we felt safe.

I ate with my children at the McDonald's in Seynod at the end of April and I appreciated the welcome and the friendliness of the staff, especially the manager who was smiling and very pleasant.
And above all, I wanted to highlight the cleanliness of their restrooms, which were spotless and smelled wonderful.

The complimentary coffees were a nice touch and much appreciated!
The wait time was very reasonable.

Not a general rule, but overall the minimum service at the drive-thru is minimal: unfriendly, unsmiling, talking amongst themselves, not looking at you... you go there to pick up food, but I almost apologize for bothering them.
