A very good restaurant; the tapas are really well prepared and the portions are generous. The service is friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The only downside, which somewhat detracts from the overall experience (and this is also the case in other restaurants), is the noise level. You have to raise your voice to be heard and strain to hear, which is a shame. That said, I don't really see what can be done about it. In any case, everything else was a really good experience.

We had a wonderful time at Alma! The products are of very high quality, everything was delicious, and the portions are generous, perfect for sharing. The wine was also excellent, with a great recommendation from the server. A place to remember and where we will gladly return!

Really great experience! The food was great, the staff was super nice and friendly, and the place has a really nice atmosphere. The staff’s kindness honestly makes a big difference! Prices were also very fair for what we got. We left really happy and would definitely come back!

10/09/2026: Exceptional food and service! They had extremely delicious vegetarian options. Everything was perfect. The husband-wife duo have created an extremely warm space. Do not miss when in Rennes. Reserve a table in advance.
10/09/2026: Fantastic from start to finish. La Petit Ourse is essentially a two person operation but you wouldn't realize it based on how beautiful and intricate the food can be. Charlotte who runs the front of the house operation is exceptionally warm and accommodating. The restaurant features multiple daily options including vegetarian ones and the dishes themselves are as beautiful as they are delicious. A must visit in Rennes and, honestly, one of my favorite meals in France period.

Fox and Friends Pub

15/07/2026: great pub. very accommodating, and I loved the fox beer. I'll be returning anytime I'm in rennes
13/07/2026: The selection of draft beers is decent, priced at €6 a pint during happy hour. The burger was good, and the accompanying fries were excellent—a welcome change from Metro fries. My rating is due to the staff. I ordered a pint from the bar before me, which was standing near the till. I didn't see the owner put the beer down while the waitress was ringing me up. I asked if it was mine, and she replied aggressively, "Well, whose is it, anyway?" The waitress was completely blasé; you wonder what she was doing there. The bar is okay, but I don't think I'll be back because of the service.
