Discovered this restaurant this evening. The cuisine is refined, the ingredients are high quality, with just the right touch of originality, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. We'll gladly return. I would suggest that the manager focus the wine list a bit more on natural wines, with wines that are less bland and bland, more vibrant and dynamic. This would showcase the food much better.

Wow! A truly wonderful and enjoyable experience. We ate on the terrace, which was very cozy. The service was excellent, with welcoming and smiling staff. We had a three-course and a five-course meal, both absolutely delicious. The dishes were beautifully prepared, original, perfectly cooked, with flavorful sauces and seasonal ingredients. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, it was a real treat... thank you! The prices seemed reasonable to me, but reservations are recommended as this restaurant is popular. The only slight drawback, which could easily be remedied, is that the wine list is displayed on a chalkboard on the terrace. Having it printed at the table would be a real plus, in my opinion. Go without hesitation, and thank you for this lovely evening!

This restaurant was recommended to us and we were very happy we ate there. Everything is homemade, and they offer two set menus, so there are no frozen ingredients. Well done, and keep up the good work!

Perfect, pleasant service, excellent and deliciously prepared menu, right at the foot of the cathedral, very good value for money, I highly recommend it!
