Excellent restaurant near the iconic sights of Le Puy-en-Velay! The menu is very simple, with two set menus, and the combination of ingredients and flavors is excellent. They use local products, notably the famous lentil, which even appears in a dessert! A great find! The staff is very friendly, and the setting is pleasant (the terrace isn't really a terrace). Prices are reasonable! I recommend it.

A visit to the city of Le Puy-en-Velay wouldn't be complete without dining at this restaurant. The creativity in creating the dishes is astonishing. The food is excellent and varied. Excellent restaurant! A wonderful discovery. This restaurant is perfectly located at the foot of the cathedral. The dishes are delicious and the service impeccable. The "surprise dishes" option is a great idea; you simply specify your allergies or dislikes and let the chef's creativity shine. For us, everything was perfect and delicious! 👌 We returned to the restaurant for the daily special this time. The €16 set menu was delicious, excellent value for money. The starter was light and wonderfully creamy, the chicken was perfectly roasted and accompanied, and the dessert was fantastic! 👌😋 The presentation was perfect and the service impeccable. A second visit that was more than successful!

I highly recommend it! I was there for lunch in early March, enjoying a three-course set menu. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, the service was very friendly, and they offered good wines to accompany the meal. The appetizer was a real treat. For the main course, we had the choice between a meat and a fish dish. Since there were two of us, we each ordered one meat and one fish. Both were outstanding. The set menus are quite affordable at just over €20. As my French isn't perfect, it was very helpful that we could also speak English with the owner. The restaurant is also well-located – situated between the sights on the hill overlooking the city with its historic buildings and the shopping district, which is a 5-10 minute walk below the restaurant.
