Excellent restaurant! A wonderful discovery. This restaurant is perfectly located at the foot of the cathedral. The dishes are delicious and the service impeccable. The "surprise dishes" option is a great idea; you simply specify your allergies or dislikes and let the chef's creativity shine. For us, everything was perfect and delicious! 👌 We returned to the restaurant for the daily special this time. The €16 set menu was delicious, excellent value for money. The starter was light and wonderfully creamy, the chicken was perfectly roasted and accompanied, and the dessert was fantastic! 👌😋 The presentation was perfect and the service impeccable. A second visit that was more than successful!

I highly recommend it! I was there for lunch in early March, enjoying a three-course set menu. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, the service was very friendly, and they offered good wines to accompany the meal. The appetizer was a real treat. For the main course, we had the choice between a meat and a fish dish. Since there were two of us, we each ordered one meat and one fish. Both were outstanding. The set menus are quite affordable at just over €20. As my French isn't perfect, it was very helpful that we could also speak English with the owner. The restaurant is also well-located – situated between the sights on the hill overlooking the city with its historic buildings and the shopping district, which is a 5-10 minute walk below the restaurant.

We had a most enjoyable culinary experience. The tasting menu is a true delight for food lovers and the curious. I must commend the chefs who guided my palate. The flavors were all there; there was never a dull moment. We even imagined how to recreate these flavors with other ingredients in our own cooking—a real awakening of taste buds. I thank the service, which was warm, professional, and pleasant. I'm only awarding 4 stars for the ambiance due to the lack of heating in the dining room during January. Special mention goes to the floating fir tree dessert with its morel mushroom crème anglaise. Many thanks.
