The menu features seasonal cocktails, some inspired by local produce. There's a daily set menu for €28 with clearly labeled dishes, as well as surprise menus with 3, 5, or 6 courses, which can be paired with wines. For the surprise menus, different dishes are presented, from appetizer to dessert, ensuring that everyone eats something different. The concept is really appealing, the setting is equally charming, and both the chef and the waitstaff are attentive and welcoming. Many regional and seasonal products are used in the menu, from aperitif to dessert. A great place not to miss if you're in Le Puy-en-Velay, for around €70 including an aperitif and wine pairing.

The food is good, with unique, refined dishes and generous portions. Definitely don't overeat. Quality over quantity is a priority. I recommend the full menu, otherwise you'll leave hungry.

Excellent restaurant near the iconic sights of Le Puy-en-Velay! The menu is very simple, with two set menus, and the combination of ingredients and flavors is excellent. They use local products, notably the famous lentil, which even appears in a dessert! A great find! The staff is very friendly, and the setting is pleasant (the terrace isn't really a terrace). Prices are reasonable!
I recommend it.

A visit to the city of Le Puy-en-Velay wouldn't be complete without dining at this restaurant. The creativity in creating the dishes is astonishing. The food is excellent and varied.
