The restaurant offers homemade cuisine featuring regional products, such as Puy green lentils and Haute-Loire beef. The dishes are carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The menu offers a varied selection of meat and fish dishes, as well as daily specials like the delicate salad inspired by the Way of St. James. A set menu featuring the restaurant's classic dishes offers excellent value: we enjoyed the perfect egg with Puy green lentils, and the steak with port sauce, mashed potatoes, and baby vegetables—a real treat! To finish on a regional note, we opted for the cheese platter of four Auvergne cheeses: Saint-Nectaire, Cantal, Bleu d'Auvergne, and goat cheese, showcasing a perfect selection of products. A delightful place to discover homemade regional cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. The record crowd this Thursday evening, including many regulars, confirms the restaurant's excellent reputation. Reservations are essential. We booked online; it was quick and easy, so keep that in mind!
