Compose it sur Narbonne

Un arrêt pour le repas du midi. Plat du jour : poulet au basilic, riz et butternut. Le poulet est tendre et parfumé, le riz excellent et le butternut bien grillé. Un plat parfait qui nous a régalé. Par contre le restaurant : la hotte devait être en panne car beaucoup de fumée lors des cuissons. Les menus et les tables sont un peu collants. L'accès aux toilettes, se fait par un escalier en colimaçon très exigu ( très propres les toilettes) Bref, il y a du ménage à faire !!

We found this little restaurant by chance and both had the plat de jour which we loved for its different flavours and tasty tender beef. We tried red and white wines and finished with a plate of cheese. The restraunteur was very friendly and informative and the little square lovely and picturesque. We can recommend a lunch here.

We discovered Compose It in Narbonne with friends, and what a great discovery! The chef's welcome is warm, and his commitment to home cooking with fresh, local products is immediately felt. Each dish, even if it seems classic at first, surprises with a touch of originality in its design. These are well crafted, a finely crafted blend of flavors; the concern for quality is present in every bite. We had a great time, all accompanied by quality local wines and beers. It was perfect for a midday lunch, with affordable prices. An address to recommend without hesitation Here are the words I would use to describe Compose It: care and passion on your plate!!

Had an incredibly delicious lunch today. So much care and love goes into the food and you can taste it. Delicious kombucha and organic lemonade. And the plat du jour with duck sausage was delicious! We proudly work with local products. Great fun! Delicious, atmospheric, affordable and more than worth it!

The cook provides the entire service alone. The products are fresh and the limited choice menu is excellently served. The place is quiet for a delicious relaxing meal.

We enjoyed healthy and delicious cuisine. The products are quality and very well cooked! The chef is very friendly!

We came for lunch and had 4 burgers of the moment, everything was perfect: home fries with generous portions, hearty burgers and everything is local. Fair price.
