Perfect stop for lunch. A charming and cozy place. The owner is incredibly friendly and attentive. We ordered two pasta dishes, the carbonara and the minced meat, both delicious. And the dessert was great too. It's a small place, but a very good option for lunch if you have room.

This is, I think, the third time I've ordered from Nicolas's food truck. Each time, I've tried a different dish. Each time, I've thoroughly enjoyed it (and I'm of Italian descent, so I'm very hard to please when it comes to pasta). You can tell he cooks with fresh ingredients: the vegetables, the meat, etc. It's a far cry from the frozen food that the bigger chains tend to sell us. The sauces are homemade, prepared on-site, and simmered patiently. The portions are incredibly generous (even for someone with a hearty appetite), and all at a very reasonable price. Honestly, in terms of value for money, I don't know if you can find better anywhere else in Narbonne. And to top it all off, Mr. Nicolas welcomes you to his very clean little restaurant, with impeccable hygiene, in such a kind, warm, and professional manner that you don't ask yourself if you'll come back, but when you'll come back. It's flawless. From the welcome to the food, it's a masterclass. Oh, and he makes his own desserts too! I once ate one of his revamped tiramisu recipes, which was a hit in Italy, no questions asked. Top-notch.
