This is, I think, the third time I've ordered from Nicolas's food truck. Each time, I've tried a different dish. Each time, I've thoroughly enjoyed it (and I'm of Italian descent, so I'm very hard to please when it comes to pasta). You can tell he cooks with fresh ingredients: the vegetables, the meat, etc. It's a far cry from the frozen food that the bigger chains tend to sell us. The sauces are homemade, prepared on-site, and simmered patiently. The portions are incredibly generous (even for someone with a hearty appetite), and all at a very reasonable price. Honestly, in terms of value for money, I don't know if you can find better anywhere else in Narbonne. And to top it all off, Mr. Nicolas welcomes you to his very clean little restaurant, with impeccable hygiene, in such a kind, warm, and professional manner that you don't ask yourself if you'll come back, but when you'll come back. It's flawless. From the welcome to the food, it's a masterclass. Oh, and he makes his own desserts too! I once ate one of his revamped tiramisu recipes, which was a hit in Italy, no questions asked. Top-notch.

A small, fresh pasta restaurant right in the heart of Narbonne that you absolutely must try! The cuisine reflects the chef's personality; we ate there with our two children, who also loved the meal. The food is excellent, everything is flavorful. Even the table salt is from Gruissan. And the person who serves you is very friendly! As a bonus, your food will be hot and served quite quickly.
