Very pleasant visit to the roasting/tasting workshop. The workshop was very informative, detailing the process from raw beans (and even growing them) to producing really good coffee. All this was demonstrated and explained in the shop by Florent who is a very passionate roaster. Particularly interesting to see how all the factors contribute to the taste. The tasting itself was a big part of the workshop, which was very enjoyable, their coffees are really good! The team was very welcoming, thank you for this memorable moment.

Yesterday evening I did a 2.5 hour coffee workshop with Florent.. a passionate and exciting artisan who was able to introduce me to his job as a roaster through 4 roasts carried out during this workshop.. I recommend without reservation.. a very nice discovery 👍
