An exceptional customer experience! I went to Comptoir & Traditions to buy coffee beans after purchasing my new coffee machine, and I was fortunate enough to receive advice from Florent. From our very first conversation, he took the time to explain, guide, and advise me with great professionalism and passion. He even offered to have me come back with my machine so he could explain how it worked in detail. I did so the next day: I returned with my machine, and Florent took the time to show me the essential settings, the appropriate grind, the extraction time, and the best techniques for making the perfect cup of coffee. His advice was clear, precise, and above all, very relevant. This allowed me to avoid many risky attempts and get off to a great start right away. A warm welcome, genuine expertise, and a level of customer service that is becoming increasingly rare.
