Very nice setting, beautiful, clean and comfortable room. The spa is ok but with a child schedules are imposed. We arrived at 3:15 p.m., we had access to the spa until 4 p.m., time for formalities at reception...20 minutes of spa no more (we left the next day) so it was not possible to enjoy it any more. We ate at the hotel restaurant, very disappointed with the menu and wine, we did not finish our plates. Damage ... Despite everything, we had a lovely night and enjoyed an excellent and varied breakfast. Karine

Just awesome !! Welcome, the kind Mr who welcomes us floor staff, the Grd Mr with suspenders with his colleagues, the Mr from the breakfast with his team!! And I don’t forget the kitchen!!! To all, THANK YOU BIG!!!!

Simply perfect, all the teams are extremely friendly, helpful and professional! View from the room with balcony, just magnificent! Perfect restaurant and breakfast. Very clean and well maintained spa/pool. So thank you for everything!

Very good stay. However, I regretted the spa hours (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) which do not allow you to enjoy a moment of relaxation at the end of a tourist day.

We are having the most amazing time! The room is perfect suite 6216 overlooking Lake Geneva The team at the hotel are both informative and a true reflection of the training and management Veronique and team are… Friendly, attentive and distant when required to be. Breakfast is amazing with a diverse selection and of a very high standard We celebrated my birthday here and I cannot think of a better place, to enjoy it. An hour to Morzine slopes and 50mins to a prettier ski venue, Châtel As I diamond member I felt truly valued, before, during and throughout. We are already going to book for next year at the same time I hope you will welcome us back!! Thanks again for everything Alan and Jacqui x

Was here for a short workshop, hotel and staff were excellent

Very happy with our 3-night stay with the family, the Spa and the swimming pool are excellent, the breakfast is plentiful, the staff is very pleasant, nice decoration, very clean, I am really satisfied and we will come back.
