The reception staff are very helpful and respectful; the service and location are excellent.

We came to this hotel for the weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The reception staff were excellent: very professional, with clear explanations of how the different services worked. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite with a lake view. The room was perfect: very clean, elegant, and comfortable. At the spa/sauna, we were also greeted by a very kind, warm, and professional person who gave us all the necessary information. The next day, at breakfast, we received an exceptional welcome from Walid, who demonstrated great professionalism, remarkable kindness, and a very warm smile. A big thank you to him and to the entire Hilton team. A longer spa/sauna time slot for children would be a real plus. See you soon.

We stayed at the Hilton Hotel for a weekend and were delighted with our choice. The staff was very pleasant, the rooms clean and spacious, the spa excellent, the restaurant very good, and the breakfast very generous. We also thoroughly enjoyed the couples massage with Angeline and Veronica, as well as the hotel's ideal location. We had a room with a lake view: a truly magnificent sight. The only minor drawback—which didn't detract from our enjoyment at all—was the lack of direct access between the indoor and outdoor pools, which could have been heated. That would have been a real bonus. In all honesty, I highly recommend the Hilton Hotel.
